Cottage vacation rentals in Wexford County

We had a great time at Salma’s cabin! Everything was accurately depicted in the photos and between the included games and the hot tub we were able to spend an entire day just at the cabin. The location is excellent, you’re able to feel secluded but still close enough to Traverse City that you can run to town to grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat. It’s a perfect location for checking out the city or exploring the wineries. Check in was easy and Salma was available should we have needed anything!

We had a lovely stay! The cottage was so cute and I just loved how they decorated it! We absolutely loved the hot tub and used it every day! We decided to walk down to the beach through all the snow, would love to stay in the summer when we can actually go swimming!! Ate at Peegeos twice during our stay, so close and so good, get the cheesecake! So delicious and made from scratch! We will definitely be back!

The cottage was great, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful location right on the river. It was clear that our host has put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring that guests enjoy their stay and we did. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Linda's place was everything we could have wanted and more. It was the perfect cozy cabin, so close to our planned activities, nice and quiet/peaceful, and well stocked with anything we could need. Linda was very understanding and a great host. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!!

I went to Michigan to compete in the Ironman 70.3 in Frankfort and this place was perfect! It has plenty of beds/ sofa options and was big enough to host a family pasta dinner! Great location right in town in Beulah we could walk to restaurants and shops! And it ended up being only 15 minutes from the race which was great! Grocery stores were an easy 5 minute drive as well.

Kathleen was a very responsive and communicated well. Her place was exactly as described in the description. It was a very nice cabin, perfect for a couple families to enjoy themselves without being right on top of each other. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day on the ski hill! Would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for such a nice cabin and great experience!

this place was a perfect getaway. the area of down town traverse city is amazing even when it’s cold out. lots of restaurants and wineries to go try. the cabin itself was super cute and cozy but still a modern finish. the hot tub was amazing and made the cabin whole. i absolutely would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to travel to traverse city.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Was looking for a quiet weekend with a hot tub. This hit the spot. Quiet, clean and semi-remote. Check in and out was breeze and the host was communicative and friendly. Definitely worth the price.

Our son was moving to the area and needed a place to stay while work was done on his new home. Jeri’s darling and comfortable home was a great place to stay. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything he could possibly need! Jeri has gone above and beyond with her great communication and sharing information. My husband and I look forward to making this our home away from home when visiting! Thank you so much Jeri! You’re very appreciated!

Lovely home on Rose Lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Home has plenty of room for a family of 5 .(3 adults and 2 kids) The kiddos loves the hammock in the backyard by the water and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. A definite add to our favorites list. Will stay again and recommend to our other family when they stay up here.

Great place to stay, highly recommend! Have everything you could possibly need, super clean and host is very responsive and very nice. We will be back next hunting season!

Wonderful stay over the weekend! Jerry was the most accommodating Airbnb host I have expirenced to date. Place was very nice and met all the needs of home. Plenty of room in the driveway for multiple snowmobile trailers. 5 star stay and I hope to be back again when in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We love the location and used this as a home base to explore Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire, Leland, Traverse City and Boyne Mountain. The house was exactly what we needed! Everything was wonderful and they had everything we could need. Any time we had a question she responded quickly. I would absolutely recommend staying here and believe we will be back!

Great little cottage. Loved the location and the proximity to town. Everything we needed. Will definitely return hopefully when it isn’t cold and rainy so I can enjoy the beautiful screened porch and nice yard/firepit.

This was my 2nd stay at Mandy’s. Everything was perfect as usual. The place is cozy and comfortable.

This place was absolutely wonderful and immediately felt like home! Itwas great to relax by the firepit, walk the path to the river, and we had a great time exploring the property. This was our second time in the area but our first time at this home. We will definitely be back!

Great place and would definitely stay there again. Very spacious, nice bedrooms that all had separate air conditioners (great for spring to fall), and close to the nearby highways to nearby towns.

Had a great time at the AirBnb. Little rough getting there in the snow with the hills but besides that it was fantastic and Autumn gave very good directions on how to find the place. Her daughter was very helpful with helping us get unstuck from the hill in the snow. And both Autumn and her daughter were very friendly and respectful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway for the weekend up north. And not far from downtown Traverse City, where there’s lots of fun stuff to do.

Jakobs place was perfect for my wife and I’s one year anniversary. We even had our pup with us. We had a wonderful time exploring traverse city and having camp fires out back taking in the beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

Our family felt right at home. My favorite part of the stay was watching the sunsets and sitting and the dinner table watching the lake sparkle in the sun. Fred was so friendly and listened to what I said. I mentioned how we love bbqing on the Weber grill and he remembered that and had charcoal out and ready to go for us. He didn’t have to do to at but he did to make us feel welcomed and it did! Kitchen has everything we needed to cook and there was lots of room for family time and games.

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful location but close enough to the city and to the peninsula to enjoy that as well. Shannon was a wonderful host and was responsive to our needs. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and we hope to come back and stay again for more fun along the river!

We had a lovely first visit to Lake Ann and the Traverse City area. We were delighted that Lake Ann was in the "middle" of everything we wanted to do, so we never had more than a 35-minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Traverse City, or the Tesla charger at Meijer. The cottage offered at least three beds, so our grown-up children did not have to share. We rented paddle boards for one day -- so much fun! Papa J's Pizza was super yummy on a rainy night. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Our stay was great! Everything was clean and ready for us. The space was good, enough for all of us (7 of us) The outside was beautiful, awesome fire pit, and games to play. John was easy to communicate with and available when needed. A good stay all around.
