Me and my partner absolutely loved Nicola’s place! It was so peaceful and just what we needed. The hot tub was amazing and the Christmas tree was such a lovely surprise. The surrounding area is beautiful and a nice get away from a bustling atmosphere. Watching the moon with the telescope was very memorable. This is one of a kind, no complaints!

We had such a wonderful time at Lammisa’s Airbnb as part of our annual Christmas trip. The property truly matched the description, was super clean, and felt extremely homely which is exactly what we were after. We were greeted with some lovely treats (which went down very well), and took the opportunity to explore places across the Lake District. There’s not much around the property locally in terms of shops and restaurants, but there’s so much to do if you’re willing to do some short drives (nice walking trails, Keswick, etc). If that’s not your thing, this place is just as good for days in - and we definitely made use of the hot tub. I’d say this was great for groups of friends/families. Thanks Lammisa for being so accommodating!

Ideal spot for staying in Ambleside and a bonus that it has its own parking space outside. Nice clean apartment, well equipped looks like the photos. Quite a few stairs to climb as on second floor which some people may find a bit difficult. Would stay again the only negative comment I would give would be the cleaning charge. I am happy to pay a cleaning charge but I felt this was a bit excessive and added quite a bit to the stay.

Beautiful property, just the thing we were hoping for on our short break before Xmas. Bright and modern, the fireplace was a treat and very cosy. Putting a Christmas tree up in the front room for guests was a lovely touch and really made us feel at home. We would love to stay again soon!

We couldn’t have asked for more from a host. Tina was incredibly thoughtful and very responsive throughout. Her communication was helpful and clear. Tina’s place was both comfortable and clean, providing an ideal set up and location for our family getaway. We were impressed with Tina’s consideration of the needs of our mixed group and the provision of essentials and equipment at the property. Thank you Tina - what a wonderful host, you really had thought of every detail!

The photos do not do the cottage justice. Gorgeous place right on the beach lovely walk and a super friendly local pub. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing break. X
