Vacation rentals with breakfast in Western Massachusetts

Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

Lola's place was a treat, from the comfortable shared spaces indoors and out, to the eclectic artwork and decor. Such a nice place to "come home" to after at the end of a couple of very busy days!

We stayed at Sue's place for a long weekend in January and had a wonderful time. Sue was always available and very responsive. Check in was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a warm and inviting place to spend the the long weekend - we look forward to coming back!

We had such a great time at Christine’s place last Thanksgiving, that we decided to do it again this year. It was just as we remembered it. Spacious, quiet, and cozy. Great view of the mountains from the living room picture window. Comfy beds. Warm heated floors. Close to groceries and food. Had some snow for turkey day and it enhanced the landscape. Christine had the long driveway plowed rather quickly after snowfall. Did some Black Friday shopping in nearby Keene, NH. Christine had prepared a freshly baked treat for our arrival. She also had a gift basket of local VT food items. Fridge was stocked with beverages and snacks, and there were a couple bottles of great wine in the wine fridge. Highly recommended.

Great little cottage in the heart of Hudson (couple of minutes walk to Warren St). It’s definitely in the “vintage charm” category - as described - but that’s great for us. It is a personal house so it feels a bit more like house-sitting than an exclusive b’n’b, but again that was as described and added to the charm! Everything was clean and more amenities than you would expect! Kira was super responsive and helped us with a flexible check-in and some check-out questions promptly. Thanks again!

The house was perfect for us! One bedroom with private full bath on the first floor for my 99 year old mom, one in the basement with full bath for my husband and I, and 3 spacious bedrooms on the second floor for our 3 adult children, their spouses and their babies (2, 10 months and 5 months). Open living room and kitchen were wonderful for gathering. Exceeded expectations!!

Raphael was such an amazing host! Ver responsive and always going the extra mile. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and it is basically on the UMass campus! So getting to graduation was extremely easy :)

Diane's place is on a lovely quiet street in a charming small town that is very walkable. The apartment was extremely comfortable with a big bedroom and a separate sitting room/living room. The kitchen was large and bright. The whole place was spotless and well maintained. Great walk-in shower and accessible bathroom. I felt as if I was really living in the town and having a small town experience. There is a great restaurant for dinner called Seconds, and a wonderful place for breakfast called Stellas. And Diane is a delight - very welcoming, interesting, energetic, and caring.

Really great spot! It had what we needed and check-in was super easy. The hosts were very easy and nice to communicate with as well. We were checking in late at night and they made sure to leave an outside light on for us, which was much appreciated.

Very comfortable and cozy spot. Susan has loaded up the whole place with anything that anyone could need. Great attention to details. Location is very peaceful being right next to a river. Few minutes from downtown with a ton of restaurants and shops.

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

Peaceful and private location very few neighbors and so many choices for great hikes. Place was exactly as described and looked in the pictures. The bed was very firm which took me by surprise at first but we both slept so well both nights. Sean was so helpful with information about the area and recommendations very comfortable and easy to talk to thanks for a great experience. The split unit heaters in the bedroom and living room keep the place nice and cozy.

I recently booked this Airbnb for my colleagues, Chris and Jerry, who needed a comfortable place to stay while in town. As someone who runs a DJ business, I book accommodations for staff or myself for time to time, and I must say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. From the start, the communication with Betsy was excellent. The guys mentioned how cozy and welcoming the home was, and how it had everything they could possibly need. They especially loved the little touches like the snacks and the well-stocked bathroom, which made their stay even more enjoyable. We are from New York City and they found this home to be the perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The place was clean, spacious, and truly felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for a place that’s cozy, comfortable, and with great hospitality, I highly recommend this Airbnb. Chris and Jerry had nothing but good things to say, and they’ll definitely be back if work brings us to the area again!

Chris and Fran were great hosts. they made me feel right at home, with coffee, a light breakfast, and great conversation. the room was large and comfortable, inside a grande, historic house.

We had an amazing time and the homemade breakfast was just perfect. The property is beautiful and we had a great stay!

Ernie was such a kind host! He took wonderful care of us. It really felt like staying in a home rather than a hotel. Ernie was kind enough to offer suggestions and recommendations and made us popcorn on our last night. He really went above and beyond.

This Airbnb was all my favorite things: clean, quiet and convenient. I'm in Catskill for various events throughout the year at Avalon Lounge and beyond. This Airbnb was only 15 mins away from many Catskill venues, restaurants and main roads.The host Tina was gracious and knowledgeable and I HIGHLY recommend her Airbnb to anyone coming to Catskill for a night, weekend, or longer.

This spot was perfect. As soon as we walked in my mouth dropped. It was perfect! The floors, the decor, the claw foot tub, the COMFY bed and COMFY pillows. So happy that we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back! We came to Saratoga Springs for a concert at SPAC. We were 15 minutes away. Just a mere 10-15 minutes to so many great restaurants in town. We enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast to the fullest. The gardens were gorgeous around the property. The pool was great- even had plenty of lounge chairs to sun bathe in! And then Glen- amazing host. He answered questions immediately! Breakfast was delicious both morning! Definitely need to book here!

Loved our stay! Just a quick weekend getaway for a friend and me and it was perfect for that. The yard is incredibly peaceful, filled with birds and a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable, and Josette’s breakfast was a delicious start to the day. We would love to come back again.

Mary is absolutely amazing in every way! She is extremely hospitable, thoughtful, kind, helpful, and welcoming. I loved chatting with her and listening to her Irish accent through her stories from when she was in Ireland and beyond. Her house is very spacious and the bed is so comfortable. Her dog is darling too!

I absolutely love Jan and Tom’s place. It was clean, cozy and the location/view is beautiful! They went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable- providing recommendations, breakfast, and answering any questions we had. I definitely recommend this place - I will come back and stay for sure!
