Vacation rentals with breakfast in Western Australia

The Laneway Studio was perfect for our stay - in a great location and felt very much like home! The entrance, little lights and outside area were welcoming and cosy. It was lovely to have Galatis (shop/deli) just a short walk from the studio and to be close to lots of great cafes, bakeries etc. in the area and in South Freo. The studio is a good size and had everything we needed for our stay (including a washing machine which was really handy to have). Nicole always replied quickly to messages, she was super friendly and accommodating (e.g. allowing use of garage for parking car, agreeing to late check-out etc). I would 100% reccommend a stay in/around Wray Avenue and at the Laneway Studio.

Beautiful home away from home. felt right at home instantly! Cosy yet spacious back yard and lovely surroundings for you to take your fur baby to! brang our dogs along for the stay and they loved every moment with us! so we are grateful for Dardi and Brett allowing us to bring the whole family :) thankyou both again!

This property was excellent in all ways - clean, convenient, well equipped and in a very quiet area of Bunbury. Johno was very helpful and responded quickly to messages. I would certainly recommend this property to visitors to Bunbury.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Victoria's beach house exceeded expectations! Great location, stunning beach views, short walk to the beach. Everything you need is thoughtfully provided, from amenities to a well-stocked pantry. The house is spotless. A homey atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. Thank you for having us.

We felt right at home in Flossie’s place. It’s a quaint little cottage in town walking distance to IGA and the pub. Little things like basics in the pantry, milk and eggs in the fridge and plenty of linen, towels and blankets helped us settle right in for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the simple pleasure of sitting on the front verandah with a coffee reading when not out exploring the Tin Horse Highway or local history and attractions.

Had a wonderful stay at The Tree House, the house was beautiful and perfect for families. Location was really quiet and peaceful with lots of space outside for kids to play and a great selection of activities kids in the house. Eve went extra mile and gave us a relaxing bath with essential oils and bath salts all prepared.

Fantastic wee place , felt more like staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel,, very clean and tidy with everything you need,, being just out of town it was nice and quiet

This is the third time we have stayed at Fiona's place; we love it! It's private, quiet and has a beautiful garden and the little apartment is exactly as advertised: neat, clean and functional. The location is primo, walking distance to all you need in Freo and Fiona is an unobtrusive and relaxed host who is quick to respond if you need her. We'll be back!

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay! So close to everything however the unit was beautiful and peaceful. Loved this!

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Always flexible with a great welcome basket and lots of bits and bobs that mea indent have to spend lots of money on things I only needed a small amount of.

The Boathouse was a home away from home. Liz and Chris were great hosts, they prepared everything - including breakfast food and even asked for my preferences beforehand. Place was as described, cozy and give real privacy while it has all the amenities from kitchenware, laundry, etc. Pico, their dog, is super friendly and would excitedly greet me if he sees me leaving. Place has strong WiFi and most of all, the two hosts were lovely, responsive and accommodating. I stayed for 12 days and would definitely come back when I'm visiting Perth again. Thank you Liz & Chris for making my stay easy, comfortable and just overall warm.

Trudy’s place was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had! We visited with our parents and really appreciated the warm hospitality. Trudy and her partner were incredibly friendly and welcoming — we thoroughly enjoyed our chats with them. We’ll definitely be back again!

If you’re looking to kick back and relax, feel pampered and unplug from the world, this is the perfect place for that. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hospitality. The bed lived up to the hype - so comfy! And the brekkie was so nourishing and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed 6 nights after booking at short notice for a family funeral. At arrival we were greeted by a perfect selection of breakfast provisions plus a few little treats. The location was great for us to explore the area by car but we also walked into Fremantle. We cooked our own dinners, washed our clothes and had everything we needed. Off street parking was perfect for our hire car. The ducks in the yard where Trish lives were an added bonus! I highly recommend staying here.

Dave and Jan were great hosts, offering lots of useful advice and checking how we were doing throughout our stay without being intrusive. The property is lovely, in the Balinese/Thai style and made for a relaxing place to stay. The centre of town is about a ten minute drive away so you need transport (we had hired a car) but for us we wanted to be out of the town so it was perfect. The fridge came stocked with an array of fruit, milk, juice and other goodies which were much appreciated. If you want a quiet day out of the sun (Broome is hot!) and don't fancy an excursion or going into town then you can lounge around the pool. On the whole it was a lovely place to stay, just what we wanted for a relaxing few days and I'd gladly recommend it to other travellers.

Perfect place to rest while attending a multi-day training in Coolup. Quiet, simple, sweet set up and lovely bed.

My stay here was well above what I expected and suited me perfectly. It was very clean which I loved. Also central , with the bus stop into the city a short stroll away. Michele communicated well and was there to great me. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Perth.

We had such a great time at Robyn and Terry’s, such a warm welcome, it felt like visiting family. They were both amazing with a beautiful place. Thank you both for opening your home and we really enjoyed staying there. Robyn made sure we got everything we needed.

Lovely good size room, friendly host and fab continental breakfast including fresh fruit salad( my favourite part)and homemade bread. So full had to take the muffins away with us.
