We had an amazing stay at this charming little place :) The 1920’s Charlie Chaplin-inspired decor was a real standout, and the eccentric hallway with decorative mirror walls added such a lovely touch on entering. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the easy access to the seaside, with Hengistbury Head being a perfect spot for a sunrise and sunset walk. Belinda was a fantastic host - clear communication and simple check-in instructions made everything smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique, quirky and relaxing getaway!

Clean apartment .everything was as described, Hosts were very responsive, offered early check-in, gave clear instructions on how to check-in and out and also how to arrive there from London. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend

The apartment was perfectly situated, walkable to the beach and close to Fisherman’s walk. The apartment itself was larger than it looked in the pictures and was great for our family of four, loved the kitchen and the en-suite the most! Ginny as a host was wonderful, small touches like laying out children’s books for the kids and homemade apple cake with other small treats really made us feel at home! Definitely a great stay for Southbourne and very close to Bournemouth too!

A perfect location for all the amenities of Poole and Poole Harbour. The view of the harbour was spectacular and a good amount of our was spent sitting on the window seat admiring the view and watching people go by their day. The apartment is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and we very much appreciated the extra touches such as fresh flowers on the windowsill, milk, OJ and croissants. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit Poole next!

Such a lovely place to stay! The flat is beautiful with everything you need for a get away trip. Great location too - it’s right next to the beach - one day we didn’t want to drive anywhere, instead just walked to the beach in 5 min and took a lovely long walk adoring the sea view. Kathryn is super friendly and helpful, always fast to reply with my questions. The day we visited was probably the coldest day in the year (-1 degree), we asked if there were any extra heaters and she dropped by with another heater to keep us very warm throughout the weekend! Very impressed with the stay overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bournemouth.

We booked Debra’s ground floor flat for one night because of it being close to amenities and near the Ferry terminal. There is parking on site right outside the door and the flat had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet as set slightly along from the main quay area, pubs, restaurants and take away venues. There is a Tesco express, Sainsbury and Aldi nearby for essentials. The flat had some basic essentials like tea, coffee and sugar. It was perfect for us as we could unload the car and put our cases and luggage straight indoors. Great spot if you were staying longer and wanted to explore the area.

Lovely apartment. Stayed for 3 weeks for work and really enjoyed it. It is in a nice quiet location. Easy to access with good parking. Dog loved it also! Hope I get to stay here again.

My friend and I have had a lovely weekend staying in Chloe's apartment. It is cosy and thoughtfully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and there are lots of cleaning supplies available. Parking is handy, Boscombe beach is a short walk away, and buses to Bournemouth run regularly from the town centre (around 10 mins walk). Chloe is very responsive to queries, and her communication prior to arrival was timely and helpful. Highly recommended apartment for friends, couples and small families.

McKinley Road is such a beautiful place with quiet, wide, tree-lined roads - you would never think that the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is done out to a high standard throughout. The underfloor heating throughout makes this a lovely warm apartment, especially this time of the year. The apartment has lots of mod cons as well as all of the daily living essentials that you would need. It is comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend this apartment.

A great place to explore Ashley Cross and the wider area. Lovely coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Apartment is well furnished with off street parking.

Thank you for welcoming us to the little garden flat. The accommodation was just as described and the personal welcome was a brilliant touch. We would recommend this place to any couple looking for a quiet few days whilst being very accessible to the town centre by taxi. We look forward to visiting again.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet location within 5 mins walk to Sandbanks beach and all that the area has to offer. Such a lovely cosy apartment. Spotlessly clean with every kitchen appliance you could ever wish for! I have stayed in many Airbnb’s in Cornwall and Devon but this knocks spots off them all! Will definitely be back! Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

Lovely stay and fabulous hosts. The apartment was fabulous and the view out over the beach was a great way to wake up. The complimentary wine was much needed after a long day travelling 😊 The only less than positive point was that the High Street had several empty shops and hotels which was a shame. This was only a minor point and we had a lovely time in a fabulously apartment hosted by brilliant hosts. The chicken and pizza takeaway across the road was great and the Co-op was only 2 mins walk up the high street with everything you could need for an Airbnb stay. We will be back 😊🙏🏻

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!
