Pet-friendly vacation rentals in West Side

Dustin was a great host! Super quick response to a few questions we had while we were there. The space was outstanding! Plenty of room for all 7 of us and everything was there that we needed-and then some!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place and location as described! The place was quiet and comfortable and located within a quick ride of everything we needed. I hope we can stay again next time we’re back in Chicago!

Vytautas is a very welcoming, responsive host. He responded quickly to questions about the property and my stay in particular. The property is very convenient to Naperville and highways connecting to the greater area. It was easy to enter the front door and the home was toasty warm on a cold Chicago night when I arrived. It was great to have the private back yard with my dog. I think it would be fun to be there in summer when the trees have leaves and the weather is warm. The only down side for people who want to have meals there is that you have to set up a table (which is folded up in the back room) and chairs to have a group sit down. This wasn't a problem for me because I have family in the area and went to their homes for meals. And I believe the table would be large enough for 6 if you have that many people. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you, Vytautas

Rich's place was the perfect location for us. We needed to get to the city for the Chicago Marathon, but didn't want to stay IN the city. Check in and check out were easy. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Thank you!!

Great location! Just a few minutes away from the two major highways, a large shopping center & tons of restaurants for all price points. We were visiting family -- and we were only 15-30min away from anyone we visited thanks to the highway access. While we didn't bring out dogs with us, it was great to know that they were pet friendly. Rich was super responsive. Would stay again!

Tom was a great host made sure anything we needed was available asap and checked to make sure we were having a good time very friendly and definitely would recommend

Our family (party of 5 older and younger adults) came to Schaumburg for the birth of my niece for over 1 week. We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean, spacious, accommodating and truly reminded us of home. The backyard was large and very family friendly. The additional TV and ping pong table in the basement was an additional plus and thoroughly used. This is a family house all the way. Vic is friendly and responsive. There was an instance where we needed a dust pan and Vic had it delivered immediately to the house. Plenty of amenities, grocery stores, shopping complexes etc within 7-10 minutes of neighborhood (quiet, suburban, scenic and walkable) with good parking. We hope to be returning here for our next visit to the Chicago area!

We had a holiday family gathering over the weekend with 7 adults in the bnb. This house is amazing and fit us all well. There was plenty of places to sleep, gather and a huge kitchen to cook in. The fireplace was a plus. The hosts supplied us with water and a welcoming bottle of wine. Everything was clean and ready to use. Plus there was a variety of games, books, and movies to select from to entertain all ages. What a great experience! We would book here again!

Amazing location in the heart of downtown chicago

Beau was very friendly and responsive. I had no issues staying at Beau's place, it was equipped with everything I needed. I will be returning.

Lovely apartment in a very walkable part of the city. Cool city view, spacious accommodations. Comfortable furniture. Easy to get to millennium park and state street. I would recommend for a fun weekend in the city!

Awesome place to stay for a team meetup. Incredible views, great value, and good communication. Would definitely be the first choice if staying in Chicago again.

So I’m a kid that’s writing this review. But Wow! The place was incredible!! The views were so spectacular and we had our own balcony! I was jumping up and down like that one woman in that one holiday movie called “The Holiday” when she sees the awesome place! If you have seen “The Holiday”, you know what I’m talking about!! The place was big and had lots of space for small, and big families! The beds were like we were on clouds, and the bathrooms were clean and tidy! The people were nice and the full living experience of Chicago was top notch! If you want to go to North Michigan avenue, it is a little far but you can take an Uber or cab there! The Millennium Park is really close if you love nature!! It is also perfect for a football game or concerts as well from this place to Soldier field! It’s nice, it’s safe, it’s spacious, it’s so Chicago, and it is totally on my guest favorite!!

We loved it! Great place for a small family.

We got a beautiful view and the location was great. The elevators broke down on our last day and it was not communicated to us until we climbed down 15 flights of stairs with all our luggage. Otherwise, great stay!

The place was great. It is nicer in person than even the photos depict. Although we didn’t have an opportunity to take advantage, there appeared to be a fully stocked kitchen in terms of cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware. Having parking on the premises was key. Joan is a very good communicator. (We are lifelong chicagoans who recently relocated to Denver, so a stay in the city - at a greystone similar to the one we used to own, was just the thing!)

The place is home away from home truly. The apartment was very vibrant, quiet and artsy. The heater is perfect for the cold weather. The water pressure was low but I guess it was because of outside temperatures. Uber and Lyft is expensive getting back to the house if you want to go to the other side of Chicago. But the home is next to bus stops for public transportation. I just suggest bringing your own towels there wasn’t enough face towels for our stay. I did leave some behind the new ones I bought.

Esmirina’s place was perfect and just what I was looking for for the weekend. Loved the friendly animals hanging around the outside :)

Kaye’s place is private, cozy, has unique decor and everything you need for a great visit. The area is walkable and safe with lots to do. I was visiting my son and new DIL. My daughter-in-law enjoyed completing one of Kaye’s puzzles. Plenty of room to enjoy hanging out with son and DIL and eat dinner there with them. This is a favorite of mine and will continue to stay while visiting family. Kaye was extremely responsive and helped me out when I needed some good advice!! Thanks so much.

This was a great space for me and my friend, and truthfully could have easily accommodated several more people. The bedrooms are large and give you space to move around. The kitchen is clean, big and well appointed. The dining and living room also provide a lot of open living space. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful, and provided great recommendations . This was a fairly short walk to the blue line which can get you anywhere in the city. I’d definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Steve’s Airbnb was just what we needed when visiting Chicagoland for a long weekend. The place is dog and kid friendly, fully equipped with a high chair and pack n play for our baby. We would happily stay again when we’re in the area.

Hien was a great host! very communicative and responsive. the apartment is lovely, super clean and very well appointed. location is terrific. very walkable in a great neighborhood! perfect place for a hip and fun neighborhood weekend in Chicago!!
