Just Perfect. Was met by Helen who gave us instructions how to use everything and where everything was and advice on places to visit and things to do. The accommodation was just Beautiful and everything that you need was provided with the added bonus of a warm home made loaf of bread, scones with jam, butter and clotted cream and cup cakes with welcome note and wi fi details which was perfect start to holiday. The cottage had everything you could need or want. It was spotless and beautiful and warm as it was freezing outside when we were there. Beautiful log burner added to the ambience. Hot Tub was amazing and soooooo warm. I can imagine if you visited the cottage in the summer the beautiful deck would be perfect with furniture and BBQ but obviously in December we didn't use it. Nothing more to say really except "Perfect" and we had a Perfect 5 day stay so would highly recommend it. Sheila and Tony

Had a wonderful stay at this charming two-bedroom cottage! The place was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bedrooms were cozy with comfy beds, and the living area was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to local attractions and amenities.

An absolutely stunning and quirky property! In a quiet, rural village setting but only a very short drive to anything you could wish for. The facilities were exceptional with much of it above and beyond what we were expecting. Outstanding, helpful hosts who obviously want you to enjoy their beautiful property and county. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We had a lovely week in the cottage at the end of January 2025. The cottage is beautifully decorated, and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bathroom in particular is fantastic, with both an amazing showing and the gorgeous copper bathtub, which is as relaxing and comfortable as it looks. Kate was very welcoming and helpful with our questions, and the cottage was nicely prepared for us on arrival with lots of lovely little details, like treats for our dog, and tea/coffee/milk waiting. Kate's guidebook on AirBnb is also very helpful, with lots of recommendations of places to eat and visit, of which we tried quite a few. The only downside was that the hot-tub took quite a bit of time and many logs to heat (it was January!), and so we didn't use them as much as we hoped. However we did make good use of the wood-burning stove most nights. Overall, we would highly recommend as a peaceful Cornish get-away. We loved visiting Padstow, cycling the Camel Trail and the beaches.

Beautiful cottage and surrounding area, we really enjoyed our stay at Baytree Cottage! Claire and Connor were really good with communication and gave lots of great recommendations for the area, any issues were smoothed over really quickly. The hot tub and firepit make for wonderful evenings!!

Lovely stay at Bumblebee cottage. Very comfy bed, comfy sofas and lovely kitchen and bathroom. Hot tub is massive bonus. Pub walking distance.

Perched atop Cornwall’s dramatic cliffs, this little hideaway is something of a triumph in the art of peaceful living. It’s close enough to spectacular scenery that you can walk there with a cup of tea still warm in your hand, but somehow entirely sheltered from the wilder whims of the weather. Once you step into the private garden—or sink into the hot tub—you’ll hear absolutely nothing but blissful silence, as if the world outside politely agreed to leave you alone for a while. Inside, it’s all cosy brilliance, a perfectly thought-out space with books aplenty and everything else you didn’t realise you needed for a weekend of utter contentment. But the real stars here are the hosts—kindly invisible, yet reassuringly available. They seem to have mastered the delicate art of being there when needed, but never intruding. For two weary souls from the NHS trenches, this was pure heaven. If you’re looking for a place to truly switch off, look no further. This is it.

Absolute diamond of a find! we had the best time and it's so quiet and peaceful but within easy distance of everything we needed. Lovely responsive host and we really did feel it was a home from home. would highly recommend!

A lovely, warm place that's close to everything but still remarkably peaceful. Belinda's cottage is five minutes' walk from a cracking good pub, five minutes walk from the estuary and old quay, five minutes (slow) jog from the Coast to Coast trail and easily driveable to most places you'll want to go. There's plenty of room, everything you'll need and you can park right outside (or very nearly). And a huge thank you to Belinda for being so generous with local tips and advice.

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

Wonderful few days in Portscatho at Veronica Cottage. Jenny was so helpful and the information was excellent. House is in a lovely location with easy walk to pubs, beach and coast path. We loved the style and felt right at home. Very well equipped and perfect size for us with a nice safe garden for the dogs. Thanks again!

A beautiful gem in a fabulous serene location near so many brilliant places in Cornwall. Perfectly furnished and thoughtful set up. Super helpful and friendly host - down to getting the bbq ready for us and being able to hose down wetsuits on site plus lots of great local recommendations - plus very quick responses and let us know we could check in early. Could not recommend enough (except to ensure there’s some availability next summer so we can return!). Exactly what we needed and such a stunning private garden too - ideal if you are bringing a furry friend. Many thanks and hope to be back soon

It was a lovely two bedroom cottage. We loved the wood fire and used it every night. Walking distance of a few minutes to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nothing was ever too much for Jayce and Hannah. They were responsive and provided suggestions and insights from the get go. It was an incredible trip and I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely place as a base for a great holiday in Cornwall with the family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - our second visit and perfectly situated for visiting our sister lives nearby. We loved the accommodation and found Maria and her husband to be on hand and very helpful. We will book again when next visiting Cornwall.

After finding this place and communicating with Claire we decided to stay for the week over new year welcomed when we arrived and found the place to be perfect for our stay. She provided lovely provisions and all facilities worked perfectly. will definitely be making a return trip.

Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and given a tour. We felt very welcomed, and the cottage was lovely and cosy. The surroundings are idyllic and beautiful, with lots to do and see. We loved making use of the facilities, especially the games room and hot tub/swim spa. Kamila was very kind to share a personal experience with the cheeky goats and alpacas. Thank you for everything; we had a wonderful holiday.

Such a lovely place to stay. Pretty bumblebee theme everywhere. Cosy and warm, even with the storm raging outside. Loved that there was milk in the fridge and scones and cream waiting for us. Really nice Airbnb and great value too. Thanks for having us

This is a charming house to stay at, with character and features. The log burner was a treat as the weather turned cold during our stay. House overall warm and cosy in the Autumn/Winter months. We loved the hens, being able to freely visit them and walk in the gardens. My daughter loved wildlife spotting in the garden. We found red admiral butterflies that lingered in the woodland area. And a few squirrels. The trampoline is large and perfect for adults who like to have a brief moment to themselves... (!) Recommend sunset views from the trampoline!

Really enjoyed staying here, although just a weekend break I would happily stay for longer. It is so peaceful. There is a great pub, the Smugglers Den, down the lane which is walkable. We specifically stayed here for a Fishermen’s Friend concert in Perranporth, which we also walked to! the walk is well worth it and Perranporth itself is a fantastic place to visit. All in all Becky’s place is in a great location if you want peace and quiet but easily accessible to all the area has to offer.
