Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in West Lake Hills

Perfect location for our short trip to Austin. Had lots of stuff available in the house, everything was in working order, comfortable. About 20-30 minutes to downtown and was a great place to land in the evenings.

Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The location is ideal, conventionally close to downtown and the highway which made it easy to get everywhere. The place was spotless. The big, comfy couch and the backyard were a standout. We slept so wonderfully the comfortable bed! You can tell Gina put real care into making this place feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again.

I highly recommend this house if you are traveling to Texas, very comfortable and clean. The patio’s view was awesome! Everything was great and clean!

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

We loved everything about our stay here! Great location. We walked to all of our meals out. About a 6 minute Uber ride to downtown. Loved the backyard with couches, fire pit, and hot tub. There was an automatic privacy screen you could put up or down if you wanted full privacy. Inside was lovely too. Beautiful and had every amenity you could want in a vrbo. Coffee, granola, great pot and pans, spices, zip lock baggies, phone chargers, sonic ice, and more (the little things that make a home really comfortable to be in). We loved it and were sad to leave.

We had the best time! A family of 9. We all had our own spacious bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms were great. It was decorated so nice. Kids loved the pool!!! We swam and enjoyed snack out there every afternoon. Pool table and dart board kept us busy, huge couch and tv for movie time. Anthony responded to all my questions quickly and patiently. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Alright Alright Alright! What an amazing place to stay. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Space ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the perfect spot if you a visiting Austin for a short or long trip. Toms a top host and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Walkable to the best parts of Austin and the terrace in the trees is such a cool place to hang in the sunshine. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee and hot sauce provided! Really handy to have a washing machine a dryer Neighbourhood is quiet and safe We will be back for sure Stop looking around and book this place!

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

Marilyn was a responsive and friendly host who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our whole trip. Her place was private and clean, but also in a great location near some local bars and restaurants. It fit what my husband and I were truly looking for on vacation.

Gorgeous condo with stunning views and excellent amenities! Everything was spotless and easy to find. City e-bike stand nearby so we hopped on bikes and pedaled everywhere!! Would definitely stay again next time we are in town!!

I enjoyed staying at Natiivo, the people were great and the cafe /bar was convenient. The location is great if you don’t wanna drive. A lot of great restaurants that are walkable. I had a great time on Rainey St and felt safe. We used valet and it always went smoothly. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. The host was quick when we needed more toiletries and recommended places on where to go. I would recommend family & friends.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a girls trip. We had the BEST time! Jasons place is in a perfect location, excellent amenities, beautiful views, great atmosphere, quiet and private but also the lobby area and pool deck are great spaces to hang out! Absolutely worth the price, will definitely stay here again.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

So close to everything! Quiet and spacious!

This was a great place to explore Austin from. Rainey St. was right around the corner. The river trail is great for walking and the pool was enjoyable when the sun was out.
