Vacation rentals with a hot tub in West Lake Hills

This is a great spot for a group. We held our annual strategic planning retreat for my dental office here and it has everything you could want. Spacious rooms, comfortable towels, beautiful view, plenty of fun games and all of the amenities were so fabulous. It's not every day you have a home with an indoor pickle ball court in it. Things were clean and host was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your humble abode with our group.

The house was spacious and in a very clean when we got there. Nestled in a quite neighborhood it was what we needed after days of exploring Austin! It was very close to the city and we loved how easy it was to access the highway. Would definitely recommend for a friends/ family trip to Austin, Tx!

House was just like in the description, host super friendly and responsive. Loved our stay! We were here for a month and it felt just like home, our kids enjoyed so much the pool and the whole house, is super close to restaurants, local shopping, groceries. The home is well taking care of with plenty of everything; towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, big load washer and dryer, fully stock kitchen, even a separate ice machine that was super convenient for our large family. Love love love the place and the host, will definitely recommended to my friends and family and will happily rent again.

Great location & fantastic host! We needed a place in the Cedar Park/Leander location while we remodeled our house. Mabel’s place was perfect - cozy, clean & in a great location. Walkable to a beautiful park with trails, playgrounds and kayak rentals. There was something for the whole family. Mabel was responsive & flexible to work with us on scheduling. We were so grateful for her lovely, comfortable property during what was a bit of a stressful time. Highly recommend!

Matt’s place was a great stay for my family for our early holiday celebration! The house was as described, very clean and had everything we needed. There were even some festive touches that made the place feel even more at home. Matt was an incredibly helpful and responsive host and walked us through some minor internet issues. The neighborhood is more residential and about 10 miles from downtown Austin so a car or Uber are necessary, but it’s an incredible spot for multiple families. We will be booking again for future Austin visits!

This was our group's first visit to Austin. We were comfortable in the house and enjoyed it's decoration and care with each room. The location is close to the things we wanted to do and check out. It took only 15 to 20 minutes to get there. Lee was very responsive and comprehensive in his explanation of the house rules. He also immediately helped when we wanted to better understand the self-check in door keypad. As side note, the mattresses are good for those people who like firmness. We'd love to come back when it's warmer. The AirBnB has many amenities that we didn't use due to the cold weather, but sounded very nice: outdoor hot tub, ping pong table, grill etc.. Final note: Lee was flexible with the check out time and this helped us leave without pressure, with time to get things done to return the house as requested. We will be back if we are in this area! Loved the stay.

The Koi house was beautiful! We went on a bachelorette party and it was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this house in Austin! The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The pool and outdoor area were a highlight, giving us the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Austin weather. We were especially impressed by the integrated speaker system and the tech setup throughout the house—every TV was set up for streaming, and there were chargers conveniently placed in multiple spots. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. A bonus feature was the separate apartment, which provided extra privacy and space. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Austin, especially with a group!

This is a sanctuary in the Texas Hill Country with luxury furnishings, property amenities and great staff! We loved it and will be back!!

We had great time there. There were plenty of activities for kids to do inside the house including ping pong, foosball and pool table.

Our family loved this space. It was a beautiful location and we'll played out home. Kimberly was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed.

I loved staying here. The decor was very artsy and tasteful. Even while indoors, the windows brought in much light and you were able to see the beauty of Lake Travis. It was a peaceful and secluded location which in my stressful life is exactly what I needed.

Awesome Home! Great kitchen where we cooked a Thanksgiving meal - 3 stoves! HUGE dining room table. Very comfortable beds and the kids loved the bunk bed area. Even though it was late November, kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub/spa. Daily wildlife show - abundant deer in front and back yards. Quiet street and neighborhood. Easy access to local grocery stores, restaurants and only 40 minutes to downtown Austin.

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

The Bunkhouse was a great place to get a touch of ranch life just outside the city. Great place for keeping the kids active and entertained. The bison and longhorn in the adjacent field were an excellent surprise. Sandi and Bob were responsive and very friendly. A truly one of a kind place, our favorite AirBnB so far.

This is our second time renting one of Annette’s properties and again we were blown away. The property is gorgeous and perfect for the extended family to enjoy the holidays. Annette and her daughter staged the house with a. Christmas tree and goodies. She went above and beyond. The house and property is amazing. We liked this setup as 1/2 of the property turned into the older “kids zone”. The chickens and goats were so much fun to have around and it was hilarious that sometimes they got out. The kids loved that they had to help look for them. The pool, house, everything was perfect. We WILL be back as this is turning into a yearly tradition. Thank you Annette!!!

This tiny home was so cute and felt like home! It’s perfect for a staycation or even if you’re thinking of buying a tiny home this would be a great introduction to tiny home living!

We loved staying here for a weekend with some friends! Peaceful, scenic backyard and the master bed was so comfy. We went to the neighborhood pool and it was amazing. Brittany was super responsive to all our questions as well, thank you!!

They thought of just about everything, even binoculars to watch birds at the feeder. Everything was clean and neat and they have everything you need in the kitchen, pots pans, spatulas, spoons, colander, blender, and even some containers for storing leftovers. The spot is beautiful and with all the large windows it feels like you’re outside even when you’re in. Be aware that you have to use your personal hotspot from your phone to watch tv and if your signal is too weak it won’t work. But given all the nature around you and how calm and relaxing the space feels, you’re better off just sitting in the hot tub or on the couch reading a book anyway. This is the perfect spot to disconnect and unwind.

Beautiful property, very relaxing, and enough beds for our group. We had a wonderful time here.

The place was nice. Decor and plants throughout the house are thoughtful. The house has lots of amenities and is very functional. Lots of toiletries, kitchenware, utensils, and little things like bottle openers etc. that you may forget to pack. The spa is nice and private. Lots of labels throughout the house explaining little details. Fast communication and clear explanations of checkout process. And there’s a lot of deer.

These are great hosts, who know how to set up peaceful places in the country.

Keele and Troy's home is just that: a home. It is a place that they have clearly worked hard to carve out a beautiful, peaceful place to live. This is not a party place. It is a place to gather with those close to you. The inside spaces are clean and comfortable, but the outdoor spaces (yes, multiple outdoor spaces) are fabulous, including the upper level pool/hot tub decks. The location in southwest Austin is the perfect area for visits to the city center, but also for exploring the scenic areas outside of Austin. It was so comfortable there that we joked about never leaving!
