I didnt want to leave this little cabin in the woods. It felt rustic but had all the modern amenities you would expect in a home. From the rocking chairs on the porch to the comfy beds, there is nothing I could complain about, even if I tried. Marilyn gave excellent suggestions of places to eat and local current events. We left with fall apples, bellies full of clam chowder, and gigantic smiles!!! We have already started planning our return!

Beautiful and easy little cottage, lovely porch with wonderful big swing to nap on with the pup, luscious huge lawn to feel space and privacy, and absolutely beautiful lake view, easy rock step into shallow section to launch our floaties and Wayne’s paddle boards. Easy living with picnic table and great Weber grill, and second small fridge in the boat house. A keeper!

Obsessed! if a house could be a soul mate I met mine! I don't say that lightly, I am everything real estate, holding, buying, selling, air bnbs, construction, sales and staging.......and this house could not have been any better. Cherishing the old, while putting new where needed. Let's you feel like you are at the lake without one thing on the to do list. Trees and water, seclusion without being alone. Everything in a logical, well thought out position. The experience from tennis to childlike wondering in the woods, with the most accommodating host that didn't overly reach out. I will be back for all of my peaceful getaways with my daughter. So very grateful for what this host offered us.

Laurie greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly and pleasant. She gave us recommendations for shopping and places to eat during our one night stay. The place was spotless, cozy and had everything you could possibly need to feel at home and comfortable. Excellent spot to stay and in a great location. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. My fiancé and I celebrated our mini honeymoon here, the only thing we wish we would’ve done was rent it for longer. It is the perfect getaway. The views are breathtaking, romantic, and just heavenly! The house is not too far from restaurants and local grocery stores which is convenient. The town overall is just dreamy. Natasha, was very responsive and went above and beyond. I forgot my custom wedding robe with my new last name and she was nice enough to mail it without hesitation. Such a great experience and we will be back, for sure!!
