There are a few walkable dining options that are within 5 minutes of the boat, and the summer weather in Toledo can be 10-15 degrees warmer, and much less windy than in Newport.

This is the "Sister Ship to "Ventura Boatel". It is a boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village and also to the beach. Ask about having brunch delivered to your Boatel, comedy show tickets, etc.

Come enjoy a wonderful and unique opportunity with an evening or more aboard Sea Bird, a beautiful 37 foot sailboat built in 1979 in Vancouver, BC. Very clean with plenty of space to stretch out, especially in the summer with all of the deck space available to lounge upon. Equipped with a galley (kitchen), BBQ, running water, heat, 2 heads (bathrooms), a hot shower (even if a tad bit cramped) and room for 4 to sleep comfortably in the aft cabin (back of the boat) or v-berth (the front).

Cozy, Private, 38' Waterfront Sailboat Adventure.

Ahoy, the Obsession is currently not available for booking. We are doing many necessary repairs to the boat and updating the motor so we can offer sailing again hopefully. We hope to return to service after May 15, 2025. Please contact us for further information. Marina services (2 min walk) include a restaurant bar, showers/laundry, bathrooms and free parking. There is one set up sleeping area for two adults and a couch if you bring your own sleeping linens/bag.

Great location just a few walking distance blocks from downtown. Gerardo is easy to communicate with. The boat was comfy and clean. Easy check in process, pretty much just show up and jump on board. Gerardo had already let the guard know that we were coming. I just showed ID and drove right in. Felt very safe the whole time there.

Tina’s house was so beautifully decorated and immediately felt like home. The location was excellent - a very short walk to Abbot Kinney and also walkable to Venice beach. The road itself was quiet and easy to find parking. The house was well stocked with anything you may need, and if there wasn’t something, Tina was very quick to resolve it. Lovely host and a wonderful stay. Thank you, Tina!

Well appointed yacht in a beautiful harbor. Unique opportunity to stay on the water with all the comforts of home. Amazing views. Great restaurants are just steps away as well as two grocery stores within a couple blocks. Quiet and peaceful location. Host is very helpful, available for questions and offered great recommendations.

Tracy was a wonderful host, helped us with getting our things inside and showing us everything inside the boat. He also went out of his was to chauffeur my group via speedboat to the Aftershock festival; which saved us a great amount of time and was very relaxing. It made our first time going back after missing last year due to the loss of a loved one.

Jacob was very responsive and helpful. The location is amazing with unbeatable views of downtown. It was lovely being rocked to sleep, and it was peaceful waking up on the water. The bathroom had an odor, but we left the windows open, and it wasn’t much of an issue and didn’t take away from our experience. We would definitely stay again!
