Kelly’s beautiful beach cottage is right on the beach for swimming or beach-combing . It’s very comfortable with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday from home . We enjoyed the beautiful views of the river even in stormy weather and the sunsets are superb .We look forward to returning soon .

Andrews place was really homely. The wood burner warmed the whole house and stayed alight throughout the night making it super cosy to wake up to. The view from the breakfast bar was a great start to the day. Super value for money

We had a wonderful stay at the coach house. The location was better than expected with a beautiful park and old surroundings and the historic house was fascinating. Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our large family and was very friendly. We will hopefully be coming back soon.

I had a wonderful stay at Peta's place. Clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect - so close to everything! I stayed with my pup, and Peta even had a little water bowl for him, as soon as we walked in. A very lovely and thoughtful touch. Peta is super friendly and met us upon arrival. Would highly recommend Peta's place. A little gem.

Maxwell was such a great host. Clear instructions, very proactive with making sure we had what we needed, and the airbnb itself was beautiful. Loved that we could use the fireplace and had everything we needed to get it started. Having the Wifi access was honestly a big win for us too. We had a bit of trouble with the electronic lock, but Julia was pretty quick to respond and sorted the problem quickly. The front bedrooms were a tiny bit noisy once the trucks started going past in the morning, but I suspect the back bedroom would be peaceful. We loved the dartboard. The kitchen was spotless with loads of cutlery and crockery. The location was perfect for our purposes. Great stay, thank you.

Very bright and homey place. Dogs well catered for and super safe backyard and welcome inside too with blankets to put on furniture and dog beds

Such a lovely, peaceful spot. Really comfortable space, very cosy and felt at home. Lots of wildlife - black cockatoos, pademelons, rabbits. Fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Alison was lovely. She made sure she was there to welcome me to her property. It's a lovely quiet spot to use a base for exploring. Bonus points for having a pony or two to pat, cat to cuddle, while the dog keeps everyone in their place.

If you are working on your Tassie itinerary, don’t be fooled by the size of the Arthur River hamlet, for nature lovers and beach combers it’s a superb destination . The property has a prime position with a spectacular outlook. The icing on the cake is that a variety of wildlife including wombats passes right outside the door. My only regret is I booked for 3 nights, I should have booked 6 nights and really wound down.

I have travelled the globe and I tell you… Easily the best AirBNB I have ever stayed in. This was pure and utter bliss. 11/10…! If you’re “umming” and “arring” on where to book in Launceston… Look no further. It is here.

Great location right across the road from the waterfall and lake. Easy access to Cradle Mountain less than an hour’s drive away. Unit has everything needed and wine and chocolate was a nice touch
