Pet-friendly vacation rentals in West Betuwe

This was our fourth visit to the area and our first time at this apartment. It is now our favourite place to stay. It is so large, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely look to book it again in the future.

We really enjoyed this little house! Friendly and helpful hosts, peaceful area, lovely place for a long weekend.

Rik responds quickly to questions! The cottage is packed with amenities. The sauna is perfectly maintained and a pleasure after a day of work.

Loved our stay at the Kapiteinshut! Ground floor access and easy on-street parking just in front of the house. The theme and decor of the place was very interesting! You can see the beautiful sunrise through the windows in the morning, and the area is nice for a morning stroll by the waters. Absolutely loved the quaint and cute neighbourhood of Lekkerkerk! We went to Kinderdijk and Loetbos - which both had lovely walks for our dog 😊 Thank you!

Very peaceful location to stay with a nice big yard for the dogs and the added bonus of some animals wondering around. beautiful surroundings and we were met with a very friend host.

Outstanding place , beautiful modern house in the middle of the forest. Amazing and secure place for the family who want to be away from the noise of the city. I am planing to come to the same place in the future. Something to be improved the shower upstairs has no privacy i had to cover it with papers, and after seven day of staying i had to checkout at 10 am with one hour extension, which was not convenient for kids and the family.

Had a super nice weekend with six friends in the relaxed coach house. The arrival just before sunset put the sky around estate and dike in the most beautiful colors orange, pink and blue. Emile and Lucia are perfectly friendly. The wood stove burned on arrival and the house was wonderfully warm (well insulated). On the two sofas around the fire we had nice conversations. The kitchen has everything to prepare a good dinner. In the morning we baked sandwiches in the oven and had breakfast at the round table. The upper floor had a spacious double bed. The two beds are also spacious, two people can sleep well there, nice mattresses. Convenient that is also above a toilet. Wonderful hike from the house along the dyke, river and meadows. Quiet and yet very close to the beautiful old city center of Culemborg (max 3km). Recommended!

We look back on a lovely week in Huis Ewijk. We have 3 labradors (13.5 , 11 and 5 years) and a complete and solid fenced garden is therefore very important to us and that is definitely the case here. The house is very beautiful, tastefully and cozily decorated, exactly as in the pictures. Really everything has been thought of, really nothing is missing here to be able to make it a nice holiday. Upon entering the house, we were immediately pleasantly surprised by all kinds of delicacies on the table and in the fridge that Justin and Carleen (nice and attentive hosts) had prepared. Besides, not only we were surprised, there were also sweets ready for the doggies and 3 delicious pillows. The beds (really good nice beds) were already made and there are plenty of towels ready. The windows are easy to black out with roller blinds and there are mosquito screens everywhere. In any case, it is worth repeating for us, we'd love to come back again!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and were very happy about the numerous guest gifts and treats! We enjoyed the tranquility and nature very much,made many small interesting excursions,only the weather did not play along quite as well,but that is not planable! So an all-around recommended place to stay!

Spent a wonderful weekend with kids and grandkids. Lovely garden fenced so kids and dog could walk around freely. Nice playhouse in the garden. Beautiful park, nice restaurant tasty eaten and bubbled, delicious BBQ ordered at home. Delicious fresh rolls at the door every morning. Cottage met all our wishes. If we have to say 1 minus, it is unfortunate that there are no screens in the bedrooms. But certainly repeatable for us.

We spend a weekend in the tiny house with three friends. The campsite was wonderfully quiet, we had a private beach. Communication with the host is very easy. Friendly people, flexible on arrival and departure time. We had everything we needed. Interesting to know for the people coming from the Belgian side: GPS may send you past a ferry to reach the campsite.

Fabian was a very good host and promptly supported us in all matters and responded quickly at all times.

Magda and Peter’s place was just as beautiful as promised. It was clean and comfortable, secure and private. Our hosts were helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. The fridge and cupboard was generously stocked on our arrival with enough food so we didn’t need to shop for a day or two. The suite fulfilled all of my husband and my needs for the month we were there. Highly recommend!

Adrie is a very welcoming host. He communicated throughout the period before arrival when required. He met us within 10mins of our arrival at the park. He would have been there when we arrived if I had called him when driving.

We felt very comfortable on the weekend. The accommodation is exactly as described. Likewise, the communication was tip top and the conversations were very nice. We can warmly recommend the accommodation. Kind regards

Beautiful surroundings, close to a country shop and lovely restaurant (open 7 days), nice that the beds were already made, cozy cottage, plenty of space, plenty of space to park. Loading station nearby at the country shop

This BnB is absolutely 5 stars for us! Thanks to this lovely cottage, which immediately felt like home, we saw again how beautiful NL actually is. Ariane is a very nice host, who helped us with everything and also Jan&Jettie were really great as neighbors! Upon arrival it was not completely clean, but we got the costs back from Ariane immediately: very nice! The cottage is perfect and bed, shower & sofa were all very comfortable! The garden is like a fairytale so beautiful and the surroundings with the sweet church around the corner (no rock hard bells, so also a plus!) and the dike with Waal behind it in your backyard was completely top for us and our dogs! Haaften itself is also a nice place to stay for a while, we were there for 3 months. If anything was unclear with us, Ariane was always there for us, even though she was also traveling herself and neighbors Jan&Jettie were great;whether for laundry, the garden or feeding our dogs when we were unexpectedly gone longer: GREAT!

The cottage is located in the quite place with farm around. We were with our dog who enjoyed being around with different animals in the neighbourhood and we also had great time. Surprisingly, some stuff were arranged for breakfast with local egg 😍. We loved it, we will definitely come again soon.

The whole stay was just amazing! The house is so thoughtful arranged and just beautiful! Woudrichem is such a perfect small village! I am already looking forward to visit this place again! :)
