It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

Kate was a most gracious host! She was friendly and responded quickly to any questions that I had, and she also provided suggestions for places to visit while we were there. Her home is lovely!

it was our first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it and couldn't have asked for a better house to stay in! the location was absolutely perfect! easy walk to the beach and to the main strip with restaurants and bars. would highly recommend and we plan to go back again!

Upon arriving in Charleston, we found the home we booked on another site had been double booked. It was late and we were tired. I had 2 of my puppies with me so I found a hotel for the night. I began looking on AirBNB and found several homes but the owners/host were not willing to accommodate us. On my last attempt before deciding to just stick it out in a hotel, I reached out to Allison's listing. She responded quickly, was willing to waive the 3 night minimum and worked to get us into her home quickly. I cannot thank her enough. We got to the home and it was awesome, clean and as described. A bonus - Allison is a lover of animals and had toys, beds and even snacks for the pups. The small fenced in backyard was perfect for my little 4 legged babies. I highly recommend staying with Allison. She is da' bomb.

The hosts were wonderful and responsive. This was an excellent place for our family to spend the holiday weekend. The house was spacious and very clean. Great neighborhood!

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

Joseph was great to work with, the location was 20 minutes from downtown and there is a wonderful park within 900 feet of the house with trails, a huge playground, and pet friendly. The house was just as pictured with a very big backyard and dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a beautiful week on IOP in this house. Spacious and well equipped, we truly could not have asked for more. The kitchen had been recently renovated and was absolutely stunning with everything one could ever need/want in a kitchen. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the grill was not working - I sent a text and within an hour someone was out at the house assessing the problem. And a new grill was delivered the next day. Cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great overall experience during our stay in Charleston. House was clean, big, and close enough to town and many things to do. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked extremely well. The noise complaints mentioned in other reviews were not a problem for us which was a big plus. I would recommend them in the future to anyone visiting Charleston.

Charleston is a great city and this is a perfect place to stay with a group or family while enjoying it all. The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless and was incredibly convenient, all while being less expensive than a hotel stay. I would highly recommend this for your next stay in Charleston!

We had a fantastic stay during a weekend baseball tournament. The house was conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to Charleston, Sullivan's Island, and Isle of Palms. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. And it was perfect for our pup!

Megan's place was close to everything we wanted to do in both Mount Pleasant and Charleston! Everything was 10-18 minutes apart. The stay has two bedrooms, one bigger than the other, each with its own restroom. Downstairs has a big cozy couch with a 1/2 bathroom, a small dining room nook/table, and a kitchen. We came in April, so the pool was too cold to dip into, but it seemed like the perfect Summer amenity. Megans place is simple and cozy and we would definitely consider staying there again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was a bonus for our morning walks on the beach with our furbaby & the fenced in back yard was perfect for giving her a space to explore. The neighborhood was beautiful & quiet. Thanks to Calvin for being a wonderful host! We definitely fell in love with the area and will be back.

Wonderful establishment . About 24 minutes from folly beach, tried the metro dinner nearby, they had a great selection of food . House was clean and well kept . Wonderful temperature and great vibes . The outside area was amazing. It was quiet and calming. Nice booked to read and even a things to do guide that helps you plan more things to go too. Wonderful host and wonderful house, would definitely book again.

We stayed here for a long weekend and will 100% be back! Along with a very clean house, Jessica had everything needed in the kitchen along with extra bathroom products in case we forgot anything. Even had necessities if you brought your pet! Location was very close to everything and felt very private and a cute getaway for 2.

Trey was great host. The house was exactly as described and well equipped. Everything was clean. The kitchen is small but suitable for number of people the place can fit. I was very expensive for what it was but i believe that is supply and demand issue. I like the not-so-usual late check-in and check out times. I did not need them this time but they woul d make great sense for most. I would stay here again but not sure i could afford it! Trey was very responsive and offered just the right amount of follow up.

The Villa was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The ocean is just a few minutes drive, and despite the holiday weekend the beaches were pleasantly un-crowded. Margaret gave us precise instructions that helped make the visit flawless. Our puppy loved it too! We are very satisfied with our stay and hope to return.

Pura Vida was great for us! I was traveling with two teenaged grandchildren and two of their friends, and my two year old grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have some space to themselves. Lots of options for everyone to do! Unfortunately (or fortunately) we never figured out how to use the tv effectively or the DVD player, but honestly, I think that was for the best! It’s a nice walk to the beach, and you can hear the ocean while hanging out in the yard or on the porch.

Great stay! Plenty of room to spread out. Dogs had a small run that wrapped all the way around the house so they could get lots of exercise.
