Vacation rentals with a kayak in West Africa

We had a great time at this villa, a real haven of peace. Emmanuel and Germaine are formidable. Jérôme is very accommodating and has good tips for activities. I highly recommend it!

We were very well hosted by Daniel in his beautiful house. Joigny was perfect with us, especially for traveling and discovering the surroundings. I recommend it!!

What a friendly and authentic place to stay with Abi and Franck, you are in the middle of the life of the K'y with its beach restaurant, the gallery and the people who live and work here. Even though I arrived early in the morning, I was allowed to check in directly and rest! The sound of the ocean is always present in the property and the view from the terrace is wonderful. The food was super tasty and fresh, we were allowed to experience a spontaneous "circle concert" on the beach one evening, a pleasure for the ears and the soul. Abi and Franck were extremely friendly and super helpful. They organized for us the airport pick up and the private boat crossing to the island of Gorée and gave good tips. Really a "real" Senegal experience, highly recommend!

If you are the kind of traveler whose purpose and travel is to take delight in the serendipitous experiences that you might encounter along your way, you will adore Celine‘s place. The experience we had staying there will be one, I am certain, I will cherish for the rest of my life. Celine‘s hospitality was unmatched. She spent time with each guest personally and shared her passion for hospitality. The accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and expertly maintained. But what stood out the most was the communal meal each morning and night, where Celine’s expert cooking reflected in every single thing that we ate or drank. Do yourself a favor and visit this place if you would all can.

I had a great time with Jerome who welcomed me very warmly. The accommodation is very well located at the end of a charming little fishing village. Easy access to the beach that is just behind the accommodation and Jerome offered me a whole bunch of activities (surfing, horse, canoe on the lagoon, bike etc.) and put me in contact with the people in question. I even spent 2 beautiful evenings with Jerome his friends and other guests where he gave me a guided tour of his Kora museum located near the property. Unbeatable value for money for the industry! Thanks again for a great stay Jerome!

Beautiful little house at the entrance of Toubab Diallo, perfectly equipped, very pleasant and easy to access, with a caretaker available to help, a very pleasant pool and a host, Bernard, super responsive despite the distance. The only problem was the wifi network issues that bothered me because I had to partially work remotely what was impossible. I would recommend taking an internet phone plan in case (which I should have done!). I recommend it again anyway.

if you find yourself looking for a beautiful hide out place that will exceed any of your expectations, you have found a true gem in McLeans place. The beauty of the natural environment is beyond belief and will allow you to restore energy in no time. The cabins are cute, in perfect shape and well equiped, the view from your windows is just stunning. The team has been very helpful before and throughout the stay. if I would have to recommend one thing, it would be to change the amount of automatic messages that are coming with a lot of do's and don'ts and how to pay for extra services, it can feel a little overwhelming and i think a private 'hey thanks for choosing us, we looove to have you!' could be a much better start to the relationship from host to customer. But once you get beyond those initial messages, you can look forward to a time out in heaven on earth... Don't miss out on that opportunity!
