We loved staying here, specifically the kids loved the pool - it rained during our stay but the heating in the pool didn’t stop anyone. We were given great recommendations for local spots to eat and enjoy. The home was lovely, spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of each other but cosy enough to enjoy everyone’s company. In addition to it being a stunning property inside and the surrounding grounds of the property, every aspect of the house was well thought out including the cleanliness- kudos to the cleaners. Good facilities, kitchen was well stocked with essentials, perfect layout for our group with plenty of space to spread out and also gather. Can’t fault the place! Our host Tamara was amazing in helping us prepare for our stay and making it a memorable one. We only wished we had stayed longer! We will absolutely be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place. The house was a great size, especially with a big group. We had good weather, meaning we could use the pool, however this place could easily cater for anytime of the year with a games room and multiple living areas. I would certainly stay here again and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully renovated and was extremely well equipped. There was a lovely peaceful and private garden to relax in! We will definetly be back!

Marnie's home is absolutely fantastic. She communicates well with you prior to check in and is easily contactable if you require anything. The house is extremely comfortable and is in a fabulous location with the beach just a 2 minute walk away. The recent addition of split systems throughout the house was a godsend on a high 30's day and you are able to sleep soundly throughout the night with one in each bedroom. Somers is a brilliant beach if you have young children and the addition of a trampoline and swing in the front yard helped to keep ours entertained when we were at the house. We enjoyed every minute of our week long stay and would thoroughly recommend Marnie's home to anyone who was considering it. We will definitely look to stay with Marnie again.

Fabulous property in a great location for us. Would highly recommend it although for anyone with walking difficulties access maybe difficult due to the steps leading up to the property. Would definitely stay again. Everything was provided for a great stay.

We loved our stay at Ryan’s property. The unit was cosy, had everything we needed and it really felt like home. We were sad to leave and we look forward to our next trip!

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

Our stay here was so relaxing and the arrival package made us feel right at home. All of the dog amenities and beds were such a gorgeous touch to the amazing stay-at-home feel. There was so much this place had to offer - it was just the perfect weekend getaway, just what we needed! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures: airy but cozy, with a beautiful yard and lots of tranquil places to sit. The hot tub under the trees was a highlight, as was the amazing and well-equipped kitchen. Our baby and dog both loved it too! This is one of those most special rentals I’ve ever stayed in, and I very much hope we’ll get to spend time here again.

What a quirky little place in the middle of bushy Elwood. Holly was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and has a great little outside uncover area. Close to shops and public transport. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again.

Andrea's house is in a great location, two minutes to the beach and a nice walk to the supermarket or into the Rye Pier. Beds were super comfortable, good linen and plenty of towels provided. Living area is spacious and kitchen is very well equipped with lots of extras supplied. Would certainly stay here again. Andrea is great with communication and offered us an early check in and late check out.

Naomi’s property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach. The house is spotless, comfortable, and offers plenty of privacy. Naomi was incredibly responsive to messages and kindly accommodated an earlier check-in for us. I would happily stay here again in the future!
