Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. We visited Melanie for the second time and it was all great again. Melanie is super sweet and always available and helpful. Our children felt comfortable on the horse farm and were happy to be able to pet Icelandic horses every day :) The place is also cozy and has everything you need. Our family of 11 adults and three kids got together to spend Christmas at Regina's place. We had a blast. The place is beautiful and the property very well kept. Regina was kind to let us use the main kitchen and dining room so we could have our meals together. The game room was a plus and we spent a lot of time there. Regina and her family helped us during our entire stay. We will definitely spend future vacations here.

We are very sad, the wonderful time flew by. Tanja and the family immediately grow close to your heart. You can go hiking and explore the area. Within 2 minutes, you are in the village. There is everything for everyday needs. Bakery, butcher and a small, well-stocked Edeka market. In summer, you must visit the natural outdoor pool in the village. We will come back very gladly.

The pictures doesn’t do it any justice because the place was set up really nicely and felt very welcoming. There was even a small Easter basket left on the table for us. The jacuzzi is covered and made it comfortable for us to use. The host was super responsive and helpful as well. Thank you for helping me have a great weekend!

What a beautiful and cozy cottage. It's absolutely quiet on the edge of the forest. In the morning you can watch squirrels and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. The decor fits the cottage, and it was lovingly decorated for Christmas. The welcome by Monika's mother -Cornelia- was soooooooo warm. Thank you so much for the delicious Christmas cookies, homemade jam and dried mushrooms. The highlight was that we had snow over Christmas. We would be happy to come back, but then in summer to hike extensively and enjoy the beautiful nature.

We spent five nights in this delightful, beautifully renovated country farmhouse, and our first reaction upon entering was WOW this place looks much better than the photos! The fire has already been lit for us, very welcoming! It feels like stepping back in time, yet it offers all the modern amenities one needs for comfort (radiators, a dishwasher, a great shower, etc.) The house is spacious but cozy, stylish and clean. The garden is also amazing and it must be absolutely stunning when everything is green and blossoming. It’s a true oasis of calm: no light or noise pollution, peaceful. However, civilization is just down the road an 8min drive to Tesco. The house is so quiet you will sleep like a baby, the bed/duvets are very comfortable, and our son loved his own little fortress! We truly found a home away from home, relaxing by the fire and walking with our hunting dog in the forest. Tereza is an attentive host. Honestly, this house deserves to be featured in a Country House Magazine!

Beautiful accommodation, ideal for 8 people in the main house, up to 4 could stay in "real" beds in the other premises. We spent a lot of time in the large living and dining area upstairs, and we also enjoyed the wood-burning stove sauna very much. Definitely recommend as a group:)
