Kristin and Torsten's place corresponds to the offer shown. If we had any questions about adjusting the radiator, Torsten's answers came very quickly. I found the clarifying helpfulness very pleasant, as it was still very cold in the morning as well as in the evening in the first days of my stay. The location of the apartment was very much to my liking - very quiet. The old town is within walking distance, the tram only about 5 minutes' walk away. If anything, there are only minor things I could point out. However, it is in the eye of my observation, and that is subjective. I am happy to recommend Kristin and Torsten as hosts and the apartment. And Erfurt is not just worth a trip!

Our stay was fantastic all around! The apartment is absolutely centrally located for activities in the old town. The property itself is extremely cozy and tastefully decorated. The amenities are complete and far more than sufficient for our short stay. Particularly practical was the included parking space, which made many things easier. Nicole was always quickly available and answered all our questions promptly as well as provided us with useful information. We can fully recommend the place and would be happy to come back to Erfurt.

We were in Weimar for two days, the apartment is very charming, felt right at home, it had everything we needed. Anika was always very easy to reach, answered questions quickly, was very accommodating, communication was always very friendly! Unreserved recommendation! We stayed from March 5 to March 9, 2025 in the apartment of Marlies and Detlev. The apartment is personally furnished, very clean and offers enough space for a relaxing stay for 2 people. The amenities of the apartment really leave nothing to be desired. There is everything you need for a comfortable and perfect stay. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood of Weimar with villa-like development. The sights of Weimar, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment in a few minutes. The welcome by Marlies and Detlev was very warm. We were even helped with transporting the luggage into the apartment. Both are extremely pleasant and welcoming hosts. And that's why we say thank you again. Angelika and Hanno Paffrath

had a fantastic time in Erfurt mainly thanks to this place. A great relaxing apartment right between the old town and Trainstation made it easy to so Efurt and travel around Thüringen.

Overall, I was very satisfied - the only downside was the nearby construction site, which wakes you up in the morning. But of course the landlord can't do anything about it.

Very cozy place that has everything you need for a stay in Erfurt. The bed is comfortable, the neighborhood quiet - very relaxing!

I found Cordelia and Andreas to be sober and uncomplicated. The furnishings were also sober, with all the amenities you need and you can describe them as minimalist. I particularly liked the fact that, although hot water does not run at all times as an energy-saving measure, you could easily set the desired room temperature yourself at each heating regulator. So the hosts do something for the environment and at the same time leave the decision "environment or comfort?" to the guest themselves. In addition, I noticed the thick fluffy carpet and the beautiful large dark brown wardrobe. The romantic front garden with roses invited birds to frolic in it. Overall, the place did what it was supposed to and served its purpose. 👍🏻 What more could you ask for? #sober #plain #simple I love it.

We had a great stay in this wonderful apartment! Charming, lovingly and stylishly furnished and also absolutely clean and quiet. The large, sunny balcony is also the icing on the cake. :-) Location is perfect - the Krämerbrücke is only a few meters away. We (two adults and two young kids) felt at home and would have liked to stay longer! :-)

The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. You can explore the city on foot from there and the contact with Mona was straightforward and friendly.

We stayed in the apartment for a short stay and found it very nice. The area is of course great, the apartment is equipped with everything you might need and Claudia welcomed us very nicely and showed us everything. We were definitely not here for the last time and can highly recommend staying here. The apartment is very well maintained and nothing was missing. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor area is very nicely designed for cozy hours or evenings outside. Just great. Next time we will also be a guest here with our slightly older dog. Both the area and the space are really ideal if you want to travel with your four-legged friend.

A dream of apartment! Perfect location, large, classically modern furnished, quietly located, 5 min walk to the center. From the terrace in the winter season overlooking the castle.

Super central accommodation, from which the city center can be reached within a few minutes on foot and yet very quiet. The apartment was very clean and Anja was a very nice and helpful hostess.

We stayed there for more than a week and everything was perfect, the family lives downstairs and are always available and so welcoming!
