This home was great! It was peaceful and quiet with lots of open space around it. At night it gets really dark and it’s perfect. The location is pretty central to major spots (Cheaha State Park, Oxford/Anniston) and tons of farmland all around. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking to get away from the busy every day activities and slow down. The host was very accommodating and responded very quick. She was great to deal with if anything came up and also kept tabs on us in case we needed anything. We’re going to miss the views and cows!

David is awesome! He was very responsive, flexible, and helpful. The space is beautiful, clean, and a lot more spacious than I expected. The only critique is there needs to be more space to hang things, but we were staying as a wedding party so this shouldn’t be an issue for a normal stay.

Great space for 3 families to enjoy lake life!! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while the kids were able to enjoy the game room downstairs too! The kitchen was well stocked for family dinners and the grill was so nice for burgers. The kayaks and paddle boards were so fun and the lily pad was perfect for everyone to enjoy the water. Will absolutely be back!!

The house and surrounding land was great for our needs. The dogs and I loved the walking trails. Home was nice and clean. Communication with Preston was very quick. I will definitely book again.

We have stayed at Johnnie’s place four times now. He responds immediately and is very accommodating. It is a great place for family gatherings during the holidays. We love that the kids can play and sleep downstairs. We feel right at home there.

Great place to stay, close to a lot essential locations, especially if you work at the Depot. Will look this place up whenever I'm in Anniston.

This peaceful retreat is on a gorgeous setting directly on the lake with beautiful woods directly across the lake. The house is spacious and well equipped. The hosts and locals charming, friendly, and welcoming. My favorite part was the complementary use of SUP and kayaks! Thanks!

This is a very lived in and welcoming house. It has Everything in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy which for us is a must. The Tv worked great. Our pup loved the big yard. The property is really beautiful. It was serene. We came for the Gold Camp and would stay again if we come back. Thanks
