A small little cabin with beautiful view of the lake. Nice deck that you can enjoy a glass of wine and see the lake. It is very cozy. It was my husband and son so perfect amount of space for the three of us. We had a nice visit and met the host who lives next door and was super friendly!

Really nice housefor family and friends! Super cozy, with super comfy furniture. Everything you need and more! Big kitchen, lots of things to do, games, movies (dvds)… The owner responses were always fast and friendly. A place to revisit

A lovely, homey cabin on a beautiful property! While we didn't get to fully enjoy the pond because of the chilly weather, we appreciated the view. The entire property was clean and well taken care of. We felt very safe, which was important for three ladies traveling alone. Mike was easy to reach out to for help when we had a mishap with the fireplace. A very welcoming host who goes above and beyond with Midwestern hospitality. You will not be disappointed!

we loved our little weekend getaway! everything was super clean and peaceful. we went in the "off season" of nice weather and blooming trees and yet it was still so beautiful and peaceful. we walked around the property and down to the water. we would 100% stay here again! no complaints other than having to come home haha!

Relatively new, very clean, and secluded. Very easy to get to from I-74. Great water views from all the rooms. Unfortunately it rained for our whole stay so we didn't do many outdoor activities, but Kickapoo Rec Area is just a couple minutes farther down the road for hiking, biking, etc. Really good burgers at the Nugget and good steaks at Possum Run which is a few minutes away in Oakwood.

This home is quite possibly the most magical cabin I’ve ever seen. It sits far back from the private road, on a beautiful lake with a kayak/paddle boat, has ample land to hike, kick a soccer ball, and has the perfect spot for kicking back to a fire and roasting some marshmallows. The house looks exactly like the photos and there are so many personalized touches throughout. It’s got three floors of hang out spaces, reading nooks, the fluffiest beds, a game room, books and games galore, a hot tub, an anything you could ask for kitchen, outdoor dining space, and more! It was so peaceful and just the place for my family of 5 and dog to unwind. We will absolutely be coming back!

The Night Owl was the perfect cozy birthday getaway for my friends and I. We enjoyed spending a lot of time outside in the hot tub. The hot tub is situated in the back and is very private. The wifi worked great for listening to music while soaking. At night you can look up and see so many more stars than when you're in the city. The sunroom was nice to sit and enjoy morning coffee. The fire pit was clutch for cozy fires and there is even a fireplace inside. If you want to cook over the fire there is an appropriate ring with a grill grate but the charcoal grill works great too! The living room is bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. We hooked up the karaoke machine and made the living room our performance space. I was told that the bed in the loft and the day bed were comfy to sleep in. My partner and I enjoyed the king suite. The bed was very comfy and having a private hall between the day room and the suite was nice. This cabin is the perfect place to enjoy nature!

My family has stayed in this cabin 3 times. It’s absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is right there. 15 min to town which is perfect. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Angela's place was awesome. If you are visiting this area, it would be tough to find a better place to stay. Angela, was on top of check in/out guidance and made sure we were all set for stay. Great host and a great home.

This place was peaceful, homey, beautiful, a breath of fresh air. Great location, no one around. Home was very clean and amazing kitchen, and shower. We loved our stay, a little pricy, but was a great weekend get away.

This was the perfect location for a women’s retreat weekend. With 9 of us, we were all comfortable and had plenty of space. The lodge was beautiful and the area is so peaceful. Elaine sent very clear instructions before check in and check out, and there was no need for additional questions or communication. We will definitely keep this as a favorite!

This is a very beautiful place with plenty of privacy and beautiful surroundings. The host "Apolonia" is a very kind, responsive, and understanding host. Unfortunately there was some storm damage from the storms that came through in the days prior to our stay that the host was unaware of. However, when I contacted Apilonia in regards to these issues she was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was very understanding when I vacated my reservation early due to said storm damage and very helpful when it came to me getting a refund for the days I was unable to stay. I hope someday to revisit and get the full enjoyment this place has to offer. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway from the everyday life. It offers beautiful scenery, the cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous and the host is exceptional.

Three of my brothers and myself stayed at the cabin from Nov 7 - 10, we were in town to attend the Indiana vs Michigan football game. the cabin was as advertised and was a perfect match for us, we each had our own bedroom and private bathroom, the cabin is a couple miles off the beaten path, it was very quiet, secluded, the cabin was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our hosts Peter and Suzanne, answered our questions promptly and provided lots of information. would recommend the cabin

I loved Jenny's place. We didn't have a lot of communication because we didn't need it. She explained everything I needed to know in a few emails. The place was easy to get into and the checkout requirements were terrific and easy. The rugged beauty of the place took me by surprise. In a good way. My dog thought she was in heaven. Lots of space inside and out. We will go back again, I'm sure.

This cottage on Lake Holiday was perfect for a quick visit while in town for a family event!

This place was fantastic for a hiking trip. Can walk right down the street to hop onto the trails from the bridge. Place was super clean and welcoming. Price felt mostly fair, maybe a little high, but we were very happy with our stay and plan to be back.

Adorable cottage close to Cataract Falls. Brad was a wonderful host and you could tell he has put a lot of work into creating a great guest experience. The kids loved the loft beds and we all enjoyed a cozy stay. We will stay again next time we are in the vicinity!

I was in town with my daughter and best friend for the eras tour. We wanted to book outside of the city so we could come back to quiet and have a relaxing place to just enjoy our weekend getaway. Curt’s place was the perfect spot for this.

Absolutely love the house. I loved the view from the top decks. The waterfalls is very nearby and beautiful. I love the fact that we was able to book this place and keep our dog with us. Thats what sold us on staying here and the fishing for the kids. Very big bass in the pond. Good pass time with the family. Unfortunately the general store wasn't open. The lady was sick that runs it. Very nice community. Jeff did great with communication. Especially when i stupidly locked myself out of the house. I did accidentally check in early after 24 hours of no sleep to get from NC to IN. He was very nice about it, and it was no problem. I knew the water did not smell good from previous reviews. So no complaints there. I was just greatful to get this place last minute so we could be close to the club to compete in the UKC TOC. Very blessed to stay here.

This cabin and the area surrounding was even more beautiful than the photos. It overlooks a huge canyon that was fun to explore. The cabin itself was great and had all the amenities we needed to cook great meals. Was very impressed by the cooking utensils in the cabin, the view, Anna’s responsiveness, and the overall “bang for your buck” when it came to this property. Our group had a fantastic time. Lots of spaces in and on the property to relax and enjoy nature. Would highly recommend if looking to stay in this area.

Great cabin as described. Fire pit with fresh supply of wood was appreciated. Easy access and if we had forgotten anything Jean and it available.
