Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Dallas was a great host. He was a very friendly, very helpful and a very welcoming sort of a person. When I arrived at his place it was pass midnight, nevertheless he was awake to welcome me. The facilities were great, not only the room and the bathroom the whole apartment was at my disposal. Very clean, spacious, quiet and very secure. In case I go back to Colombo again I will definitely stay there and would recommend to any future traveller. Excellent value for money.

During my month-long trip to Sri Lanka, I stayed at an exceptional Airbnb hosted by Shamilka. Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Shamilka's mother, Visaka, with whom I immediately connected. She greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm handshake. She even prepared a delicious rice and curry lunch when she learned I hadn't eaten breakfast. The accommodation was secure, private, and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine and excellent air conditioning in all rooms. I particularly enjoyed opening the lounge windows at night, as the wire screens kept mosquitoes out. Situated at the end of a quiet laneway, the property provided a peaceful retreat away from noisy traffic. I also appreciated the comfortable armchairs for dining and relaxing. The water pressure was perfect, and hot water was plentiful. Conveniently located near local restaurants and supermarkets, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colombo. Mary was a responsive and helpful host, thank you!! We stayed for nearly 3 weeks. The view of the lotus tower is incredible. Apartment is great! Having the mini mart is convenient and full grocery and hot food bar across the street was useful for hot western or Sri Lankan breakfast and short eats. Easy checkin and checkout.

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

I booked this listing as an ADB project coordinator for our brainstorming discussions and to celebrate the birthdays of two other consultants. We were absolutely amazed by the place, its amenities, and the natural surroundings. The bird watching boat trip in the evening was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We all enjoyed it immensely, and the barbecue time was also memorable. The meals were authentically Sri Lankan and truly delightful. Our team of consultants, from various disciplines, highly recommend this place for vacations, office parties, family events, and I guarantee it will be a memorable stay with all the experiences it offers. The two caretakers, property owner and co-host Pasan, and Superhost Samantha were incredible, and their hospitality surpassed all limits and existing benchmarks.

Mohammed’s place was great value for money. It’s a modern, spacious, and fully furnished apartment. Very convenient access to all supermarkets, and other shops. We got a unit on the second floor which had great views from its balconies. We enjoyed the fireworks display from the balconies when the clock struck 12 on 1st Jan 2022. The kitchen has all utensils needed to cook your own meals. However, we noticed there wasn’t a gas cylinder owing to the current situation in the country. Still managed to cook most of our meals using the rice cooker. A hot plate or an induction cooker would be a nice addition. The building manager Mr. Mirzan was very nice and was flexible with all our requests. He made sure our stay at Amaze Residence was a pleasant one. We will definitely visit again.

Ravin was so helpful and responds very quickly. Accomodated our very last minute booking allowing early check-in with a pet. The place is nice, big and comfy with all necessary facilities and aircon. We were also given some snacks :) It is really nice location. Thank you so much for having us

Our stay at Niluk's place was perfect for our last night in Sri Lanka before catching our flight. We are remote workers. We lived in this apartment for 1 month at the April. This is really comfortable place. The owner was very hospitable and caring. We have made lists of the pros and cons of this apartment. Pros: 1. Good plumbing, nice water pressure and temperature; 2. Responsive owner who promptly resolves all issues; 3. The apartment is in good condition with good furniture., it is comfortable to live and work in this apartment; 4. The kitchen is equipped with you need for cooking. There is a microwave, blender, rice cooker, electric kettle, stove with oven, washing machine; 5. The owner brings us fresh towels, bed linen with change. free cleaning every week; 6. Several Internet networks with good speed and without restrictions. Cons: 1. Noisy. The owner's dogs bark loudly. Loud music plays next door on weekends. 2. Supermarkets on the main street 30 minutes walk. The beach is 45 minutes walk.

Yasi was a an amazing host and his place was wonderful. He was also very flexible to meet our requests to check-in and check-out times. All the amenities and facilities were as described making you feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone looking to escape the business of the city and a quite comfy time.
