Very cool studio apartment with sleeping loft

This special place is close to almost everything in Boothbay Harbor, making it easy to plan your visit. Our beautiful semi-secluded property has several outside decks and is only a ¼ mile from the Footbridge & the new Eastside Waterfront Park. This very cool venue has a new bath, kitchenette and a queen size bed in the large bedroom, a full-sized bed in the sleeping loft & a queen size pullout couch, being able to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults or 5 with friendly smaller people.

Krista's place was perfect for us. It is beyond well appointed. Hooks where you want them, outlets where you need them, bedside tables on both sides of the bed, super comfy extra blankets and great lighting. The apartment is very clean and very private. The kitchen has all you would want, including multiple ways to make coffee! It is a small space, but not crowded and the layout has a nice flow. Krista was a great and helpful communicator. We hope we can stay there again!

The accommodation was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The off-street parking space is a huge plus. It was great to be walking distance to the restaurants of downtown/waterfront Boothbay Harbor. We saw no address number on the unit so be sure to look at the online photos so you'll recognize it when you arrive.

My son and I truly enjoyed every moment we spent at the Treehouse. Whether it was using the kayaks in the cove, or enjoying the amazing views while sitting around the firepit (also enjoyed cooking hotdogs and s'mores on it), we felt right at home. The Treehouse is nicely furnished with amazing pieces that just add to the authentic feel of being in a treehouse. If only mine as a kid had all these features. I enjoyed listening to the loons out on the lake in the evenings and the ospreys fishing during the days. Definitely an experience that should not be passed up. Thank you to both Paul and Maureen for allowing us to share your little spot of heaven on earth.

Had a beautiful stay in Booth Bay Harbor. Sal & Soraia’s rental was perfect for our trip. Needed something close to the main part of town - can easily walk to anything you need. Place had what you needed - ample towels, blankets, etc. Was clean and simple, no fuss which allowed you to really enjoy the surroundings of such an ideal Maine harbor town.

Our stay at the Steeples was absolutely perfect! The space is beautifully designed—cozy, charming, and clean. The location couldn’t be better, with an easy walk to town and quick access to nearby trails. One of the highlights of our trip was discovering the place bakery —their pastries and coffee were the perfect start to our mornings! Laine was a fantastic host, incredibly thoughtful and full of great recommendations. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I can’t wait to come back again. If you’re looking for a unique and well-kept place to stay, this is it!

Great family friendly getaway. Easy to find and navigate. Lots of provisions within the tent. It does get colder as you move deeper into October and they mention that on the listing, the furnace makes the tent pretty toasty however it smokes a bit if you add more logs before bed. The timing needs to be managed a bit because the space heater is small for the space, we needed more heating than usual but it will work great especially for someone sleeping on the heated mattress.

My husband and I found the ideal home for our visit to UM Farmington with our granddaughter, and dog. The home is in a quiet older neighborhood less than five minutes from town. It is great for walking, and behind the home is plenty of land. You are not looking in someone’s yard. Everything you need is in the house. An exceptional supply of towels and toiletries. It is always such a pleasure to find a nice home that allows our four-legged family members! We look forward to returning soon.

A lovely place very close to the water! Walkable to a couple of public docks as well as a general store. The place itself is lovely with a great kitchen and lounge area. Thé beds seem a bit old and not incredibly comfortable but everything else was excellent. Lots of kitchenwares for making food in. Disposing of our garbage was a pain though (you can’t leave it) since we left on a Wednesday. March in south Bristol is peaceful and foggy. The Oiser’s wharf is a nice spot for the utmost basics and some food. The town itself is cute and quiet. Not super close to other things in the region, but groceries are only ~16 mins away. Highly recommend a trip to the lighthouse!

Comfortable historic cottage with a magnificent view in a working fishing community, exactly what we love about the coast of Maine. Very peaceful setting with an abundance of wildlife all around - great birding right from the porch. Very comfortable bed and great linens. Lots of great walks/hikes nearby for outdoor lovers, and plenty of dining and shopping just 20 minutes away in Bath. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. A woodburning fireplace was definitely a plus and we loved cozy fires in the evenings. Five Islands Lobster is a short and and very pleasant walk for great fresh seafood. We loved bringing lobsters back and steaming them for dinner. Charlie was extremely helpful and responsive. We look forward to a return stay!
