The place was exactly like the photos. Very easy to walk into Liverpool and lots to do from there. The pool table and ping pong table were great fun also. There was a bit of road noise, but that was expected as it is located on a main road. Lovely place to stay overall!

The apartment is lovely and comfortable and in walking distance from local shops. Had everything we needed as a family of 4.

We had a lovely stay in this spacious flat. Heather let us in 4 hours before regular check in which was extremely helpful as we urgently needed a place to stay. The flat has everything and is super cozy. Highly recommended

Stephen’s apartment matched the description and was everything we needed for a few days away. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and felt safe and secure. The city centre and main attractions are about 20-30 mins walk away which was perfect for us, and there are many bars and restaurants on the way.

The flat is in a great location, with 25 minute bus to the city centre (or 15 min taxi). Lots of lovely parts of Liverpool are reachable on foot. The flat is spacious, cosy and exceptionally clean. It has excellent amenities, including a really well stocked kitchen. The hosts have thought of everything - even little touches like having coffee, tea, milk and sparkling water waiting for you. A really great spot.

Such a lovely apartment exactly as described very clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfy warm stay. Very central for exploring the city easily on foot leaving the car in the free car park. Very good instructions and communication from Rachel. Would recommend this great apartment.

We’ve stayed in Dawn’s apartment before and as usual everything was spotless. There’s usually something upgraded or repaired in between visits and the apartment is clearly very well looked after. Dawn is a friendly and responsive host. We will definitely be returning.

Brilliant location 10minutes to centre. House is amazing clean and spacious! we had a lovely stay. The pub at the end of the road is nice!

Very spacious and modern home, very good attention to detail and interior decoration and design was very nice with great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay for 2 couples which was made much more homely with 2 bathrooms and comfortable spaces and bedding. Location was perfect for ferry/cruises and only a short walk to the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again!

Gary was THE perfect host as was his daughter who bought us up extra chocolates! 🤩 Very good communication 👌 A+ Compact but so very cosy. Workable TV with BBC and Microwave was good. Comfortable bed and close to the train station. They were lovely to mind our suitcases till check in time.

Clinton was a perfect host leaving us with clear instructions on how to check in and where to find the property as well as checking we had everything we needed after we checked in. I lived in Liverpool for 3 years prior to this visit and can vouch that the location is the best place to stay in Liverpool. The apartment was spotless and extremely cheap for what you are getting. Clinton even left us out extra heaters as we stayed over a particularly cold time of year. Next time I visit Liverpool I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, well-equipped, comfortable, warm and with free parking - met our needs perfectly. Great value and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. We had a great time with so much more to do next time. We'll be back.

We had a lovely stay here for a night away. The view was great and it was lovely to relax in the hot tub! The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The goats were an added bonus too - very cute! Thanks for a great stay!

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

We had a lovely stay here in ruthin, location was great just a short walk into town. Apartment was perfect everything you need with an amazing hot tub out on the balcony with lovely views next to the river. Great communication from Gary the owner would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay Gary x

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

Lorraine is a very friendly host, responsive and has a beautiful accommodation. She has been generous and left us a hamper basket to make our stay that extra bit nicer. The highlight of the accommodation is how close it is to St Anne’s beach and the amazing PRIVATE heated swimming pool and hot tub that we had access to. All in all, a great weekend destination and an amazing host. Would highly recommend!
