It was a good experience overall from booking to check in and during the stay. We were allowed to check in early. We were there during the Christmas holiday period and Hamzeh made sure to pick up the Christmas tree personally after some initial mix up by store. The apartment was definitely brightened up after that. The apartment is light and airy. The living room is big and a nice dining area. The kitchen is a nice size though lacking in some utensils but okay for simple cooking. Hamzeh was very helpful and accommodated every request we made promptly. The bathroom had good water pressure. The 2 rooms were a little tight for space especially the 2nd room. Climbing over to get out of bed is not so convenient in the middle of the night. There is a lift which is convenient when checking in with luggages. Though the door sometimes got stuck on the G/F. The location deserves 5 star for being opposite Kesington Park and accessible to High St stores, pubs and restaurants.

Excellent place and neighborhood. It is definitely a home away from home. I am a long term guest and this is a place I will return to again next year. Thanks to Aza for being a wonderful host.

We loved Harry’s place! Great location and he was very responsive and helpful. We had a late check in and Harry arranged someone to let us in without a hassle - fantastic spot, clean and cosy! Would return in a heartbeat when visiting Hackney.

A tastefully decorated and spacious apartment with great views of the city and even better transport links. Includes all you’ll need on a short or medium stay in London - with a well stocked kitchen, a modern toilet and a homely living room. Great for homebodies or if you’re attending a festival / event in London. The Victoria line is just a minute away and there are plenty of buses nearby. Tesco is just a few steps down the road and there is also a shopping mall 5 minutes away. The only downside would be no fan - which is not something negative about the place but more so climate change! Jan, the co-host, was lovely to meet and a great conversationalist. A cosy home with comfortable living/dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Good heating. Seating available in back garden. Off-road parking. A 10 minute walk to supermarkets, shops and train station at Kidbrooke. Alternative station 15 mins away at Eltham. Quiet neighborhood. Ten minute drive to Greenwich and the O2 area. Host is friendly and quick to respond to messages. An enjoyable stay.

The apartment is very new and clean with great space. The area is very residential and the Sainsbury's Local grocery store is only a couple of minutes walk away. The closest tube station East Putney on the district line is within walkable distance. Kat cafe that serves fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, sandwiches and delicious goods is within 5 minute walk. There is a beautiful green park within 5 minute walk as well. The host is wonderful, responds to any issue in the house promptly. Our family had a fantastic time in the apartment, will certainly stay here again on our next trip to London.

Would absolutely stay here again. - Vas was very easy to communicate with and was flexible with us on check-in/check-out times. Excellent host - Location was perfect, close to Regent's park and other restaurants/shops in Marylebone. Street is busy but felt safe - Great TV, laundry machine, wifi, heat, and lighting - Parts of the unit are a little cramped/aging, but everything was functional. The place easily accommodates a family of 4 - The small touches (coffee/tea, decorations, bathroom amenities) were really nice Thanks Vas!

My family and I had a brilliant stay at Zara’s London apartment. The place was clean, well organised and well located, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay in London. St John’s Wood is close to Central London and perfect base for a visit to the city.

Good location, not far from Paddington for Heathrow Express arrival. More residential, calm area, but walkable to Marylebone/Mayfair, close to several metro stations. Unit was quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Host was responsive, flexible with check in. Would definitely stay again on next trip to London.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment. Exactly the right feel for a townhouse. We loved that it’s clearly a home so we were able to make use of cleaning equipment to tidy up after ourselves without having bring our own/buy. We stayed very comfortably with our 3 year old and 6 year old. No concerns over safety etc. We’d definitely hunt for Toms place again for our return trip!
