Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Washougal River

We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time here! Debbie was always quick to get back and very helpful, and the place itself was clean and cozy in a neighborhood that felt a little off the beaten trail but didn't lack for things to do. Felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again.

Right on the Beautiful Sandy River, safely nestled in a security gated community. Absolutely Fabulous, we felt right at home.

We had a great stay! It was a perfect space to have a relaxing weekend. Stacy was very responsive and provided excellent pre check in information.

Karen’s home was perfect. Her curated style and warm, cozy space made it feel like a home away from home. The well maintained house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as was the furniture in the living room. I have only positive things to say about my experience there. I hope to return to Portland and would be thrilled to stay a Karen’s again.

Host was very quick to respond. All needs were provided in the house. Felt safe and comfortable. Would rent again if in the area.

Kathleen’s place was great. It was clean, spacious, private, and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting in with the keypad because the code in the listing (incorrect) did not match what was sent in a message (correct). This was unfortunate because we were checking in at 11pm in the windy cold. Except for that hiccup, everything was great, and I would still stay here again.

We spent very little time in the space as we were busy hiking and doing other things, but Randy told us exactly where to park and how to access the rental. We had no issues and when I had any questions he was quick to respond.

I'm hesitant to give Keith's place a five-star review as I may never be able to book it again! Lovely location in the trees. Very peaceful and quiet. The space itself is furnished with high-quality furniture, has a lot of hardwood flooring, and plentiful thoughtful and interesting nick-knacks. Bathroom is spacious and the walk-in shower is a treat. Really just an upscale experience all around.

Had a great stay! The space was very comfortable, well-lit, clean and quiet. Beautiful neighborhood, just a quick stroll to a major public transit corridor. Grocery store and various restaurants within walking distance. Went on a pleasant walk to Case Study Cafe each morning, which is a great spot for remote work. Would definitely stay there again!

Had the most wonderful experience staying with Kim. The space was clean, comfortable, accommodating, secure and quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I easily got all the quality sleep I needed. And the complimentary wine was unexpected and a nice touch! I think the only suggestion I can come up with is maybe adding a full length mirror somewhere in the unit, it was a little difficult getting a full view of your outfit. Thank you again for your hospitality, I would definitely stay again!

Spacious basement apartment that didn't feel dark in spite of being downstairs. Great lighting and windows that work. Nice hardwood floors, roomy bathroom, washer & dryer, microwave and small fridge. No cook top. French press, but you should probably take your own coffee. Handy niche next to the headboard if you need it for CPAP or whatever. Working gas fireplace to take the chill off. Others have mentioned noise from upstairs, but we didn't hear it. Would happily stay here again.

This unit is located in a residential neighborhood, very private, peaceful, well maintained and has everything you need for a home away from home. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, New Seasons, and participated in the Murray Hill Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning with our family...a great way to start the day! We booked this unit to be near our daughter, and the kitchen came in very handy for preparing a family favorite dish the night before. I contacted Keith, the owner to request a hand mixer, and it was waiting for us when we checked in. He was very pleasant and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This exquisite residence offers an abundance of amenities and is ideal for hosting family and friends. It significantly enhanced our Friendsgiving celebration. Amanda and James are amazing hosts! Their home is beautiful and peaceful. They have been super responsive and kind. This is an airbnb you can truly pack your clothes and it will feel like home. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are puzzles and the kids love the pool! The cozy fireplace and sauna are my personal favorites in the wet fall and winter months! Can’t recommend enough!

Place was excellent, very comfortable and in a beautiful area. Just as described, we had 8 people sleeping comfortably and all amenities worked well. Host was responsive at all times. Great place for a relax family and friends vacations.
