Hotel vacation rentals in Washoe County

We have stayed at the hotel a couple of times and we absolutely love it! Best boutique hotel in Reno, hands down.

Sandi was awesome!! She was super friendly and proactive, very responsive, and genuinely a great host. I definitely feel like she is trying to do her best with the exorbitant fees that GSR is charging, but that is how most resorts are unfortunately. I'm very happy with my stay and with Sandi. A couple of notes on the Resort/Casino, the wifi is kinda spotty in locations of the building, but my computer worked great at least and I was able to be on meetings that I needed to be. I was there for a work conference from Sunday to Thursday, and the wifi worked decent enough, but was frustrating at times when it kept dropping on my phone while trying to work from it. Also, there is no laundry mat or laundry service available at GSR, which is odd to me since it is quite large, so make sure you bring plenty of clothes. Luckily I did. None of those issues have anything to do with Sandi or her place! She is amazing. Great host and highly recommend.

Such a kind person went over and beyond in the situation I was put in saved the weekend . Due to a bad Airbnb reservation that was in a terrible location and was so bad … Sandi was Very committed to helping along with just being a good person and sincere she was just a pleasure to work with. Thank you Sandi for all ur help for hot august nights week

This place was amazing! No hot tub, but the sauna made up for it! The staff was on point and very helpful!

Great stay just for the night, no issues and Antony gave clear instructions for the place. No problems at all.

Nate was very responsive with details. He followed up well even when there was a minor glitch checking in at the lodge front desk side. Having said that the front desk is great and helping us to recover my son’s watch chargers after we left. Overall was great experience.

House was as described. It served our purposes well, and could sleep all 6 guests reasonably comfortably. A good place, at the price.

Melinda was super friendly and welcoming, asked us about coffee/snack preferences before arrival and had those laid out for us on arrival, responded quickly, and was overall a wonderful host. The space was comfortable and peaceful. Would happily stay again!

Great little spot right near Diamond Peak for east access to skiing. Also near grocery store and restaurants. Loved all the puzzles! We did all of them and lighting a fire in the fireplace was a delight to the children. Kitchen is lacking any spices but salt and pepper and has no cooking oil as well but read that in the reviews and brought my own seasonings so no worries! Remember to bring your own! Modern cozy place to stay right on Virginia st, It’s Close to so much entertainment (food, bars? Grocery stores). Honestly( This place is great! I would definitely stay again while visiting Reno.

We enjoyed our stay! The home had two queen beds, a single bed, and two sofa beds. It was perfect for our group ski trip. We also enjoyed the property’s hot tub and the in unit washer and dryer.

This is. A very good multi room airbnb residence. I have chosen to extend my stay.
