Vacation rentals with a patio in Washington

We had an awesome time staying at Ellen's Ell Hotel in the Lone Ranger Retreat! Well equipped, appointed and you can't beat the walk-ability of Downtown Washington! Comfy cozy bedding and seating made even more magical with the Christmas decor and lights on Main Street. We hosted another couple and we had a blast partaking in all the offerings of galleries, pubs, restaurants, dancing, playing....all within walking distance of our Airbnb! Ellen is an exemplary host, easy to communicate and very accommodating! This will be our "go to" when hosting friends from out of town. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The unit from the pictures and the unit I stayed were different, but it had the same vibes. Great location, and an overall great place

We had a brief stay at Taylor's place while we were in town for an event at ECU. It was super cute and cozy. We loved the fireplace! The bedrooms were comfy, and it was quiet, which I wasn't sure about being in a multi-unit development. Easy drive to campus and anything else you might need makes it a great choice for a visit to ECU.

Very nice and welcoming home

The only thing that didn't sit well with me was that the back sliding door was not locked-didn't look like the lock even worked, and even though there was a stick to put in the sliding door track, it was not down when we arrived, so it made me feel uneasy knowing the door was able to be opened by anyone. Also, a lot of windows were not locked when we arrived. But the town house was beautiful, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We spent the weekend at ECU to visit our daughter and we wished we had more time to actually hang out at the townhouse because it was clean and very homey! We would stay there again!!

Ralph is a great host and took great care of me. Would highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, has everything you can possibly need for your stay and Erica always responded quickly to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we visit.

This house is beautiful, everything worked perfectly. We had our family 6 adults and kids and dog all stay and it fit all of us perfectly. Lots of pots and pans for cooking, coffee pot with free coffee both pods and brewer. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. very nice and cozy with electric fireplace. Well lit surroundings, but the neighborhood is a bit suspicious, i would not walk around at night. Megan and JP were perfect hosts, helped me immediatly with a couple quesstions i had. I would definately say again.

We stayed at Edric's place this past weekend. It is in an excellent location, close to everything! The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!!

Such a great stay! We were extremely pleased with the house and location. Shy and Ky were wonderful hosts! We had a great long weekend and seemed like we were home. If need to stay in Greenville area will definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our family. We were in town for ECU graduation. So much better than a hotel. Close to restaurants, stores and coffee. Very nice place.

Cynthia has a beautiful and well maintained home. She is a responsive and friendly host. Her home is an excellent choice if staying in Greenville or visiting ECU.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.

This is our second stay here. We have family in North Carolina that we like to visit each summer. This beautiful home is perfect for family. It looks exactly like the pictures. I am in love with how it is decorated and it has plenty of room for all of our guests. We used the grill and fire pit. Played games upstairs and had dinners gathered around the table.The kitchen has everything you needed to make meals although there are plenty of restaurants very close by I liked having the option for both. If there was anything we needed Eri responded immediately which was comforting. There are so many things to do in North Carolina and we have always loved our busy vacations. This year was a little different because some family members couldn’t get around like they used to. So we were looking for a home to just spend time with our family to make memories that will last forever and this place was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaleel's place. We visited NC for the Thanksgiving holiday and the location was perfect for us to visit family. The apartment was clean and spacious and close to everything. Jaleel's communication is superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – from immediate initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to checking in during the stay to make sure everything was ok. We couldn't have asked for a better host. We will definitely try to book again on our next trip!
