Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

This place is so awesome I cannot brag on it enough. We wanted space and proximity and an outdoor area and this place was absolutely awesome. We had family meals and played games walked everywhere and anything and everything we needed or thought we lacked we found at Greg’s. The house is older and spacious and charming and we will definitely be back.

This was by far the best place we stayed at in DC. Perfect location next to the capitol, first floor of in a beautiful historic building, lots of natural light, a great apartment perfect for a family of four. Whole Foods is 5 mins walk. Everything we needed was available in the place including umbrellas, cuddly blankets and metro cards, and welcoming snacks. The sheets were very soft, and both kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and were very clean. We will be back for sure!

This townhouse was great, good location near fun neighborhood spots, well equipped and above little backyard. The perfect DC townhome for a weekend in the city.

If we could give Nathan (and his home) 10 stars, we wound! Nathan was a fantastic, communicative, kind, helpful, and fun host! He offered to overnight anything we needed for our Thanksgiving holiday which was a lovely gesture. Nathan’s home is clean, cozy, and was comfortable for our family of five. He had everything you’d need to cook, play games, and spend time your friends and family! We would certainly stay here again. You won’t regret booking with Nathan.

Awesome place! Very spacious. Room for everyone. The down stairs 2 bedrooms with the bathroom is a plus plus.

We had a great stay at Adriel’s place! Location was perfect! We took our bikes and the apartment is within a short bike ride of just about anything you would want to do in DC. Also, DC is very bike friendly and always felt safe riding. Motorists are bike aware. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean and nicely appointed. Adriel has done a wonderful job with her place. The bed was comfortable. Apartment was nice and quiet. We were comfortable and felt at home! Parking is with a pass on the street in the neighborhood. We had no issues at all finding a space within a block or so of the apartment. Neighborhood is safe. So many things to do. We only scratched the surface. We will be back!

Great option for those who want to visit downtown DC and Georgetown University. I traveled here with my husband, two kids, and parents and we thought Julia’s place was comfy, clean, and made us feel like we were at home. The 3 floors are split with staircases in between the main floor, 2 beds, and master, which gave us adequate privacy. The backyard was great to have for the kids to run around and play in. One thing to note is the basement unit may be rented out separately and may have another guest there, which for us was not an issue. Everything in DC was most easily accessed by an Uber. Georgetown University was a short walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great location and very accommodating hosts that were easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with supplies that you might usually forget when traveling which was so helpful. Felt right at home and would love to stay here again in the future!

**Somehow, after our stay, the listing changed on Airbnb from the basement apartment (where we stayed) to the 5-bedroom home upstairs (where we did not stay and had no access). Not sure where this review shows up, but here's a quick overview of our week in DC at the little basement apartment in Capitol Hill** We arrive early, and although there had been guests there the night before, Kristin, our host, was able to help us check in early as we were in desperate need of a nap from a day of travel that started at 3 am in Texas. It was cleaned well. Kristin corresponded well and communicated when she would be unavailable as she was also on her own vacation. There were four of us staying here, and we were very comfortable. The beds were surprisingly very nice. For me, the food was a highlight. A block away (5-minute walk or less) were Santa Rosa (Tacos), We The Pizza, Tune Inn, Hunan Dynasty, and Starbucks. Getting to the Metro was easy as well. Would stay again.

What a beautiful space. We had such an amazing time at Italo, spotlessly clean and with everything we needed. Was so lovely to come back to each night after exploring gorgeous Georgetown and the Washington DC area. We will definitely be back!

Kaleb’s place is beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. He was very responsive to any questions that we had. He even came out to the house late on Friday to ensure we were comfortable. The house was completely outfitted with nice amenities. The home is wonderfully decorated. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location- walkable to our planned locations- spacious, clean, 3 queen beds, with 3 airbeds available just in case, big full kitchen with new appliances, open layout perfect for our group. The comfortable suite in the basement was a surprise! AJ was very responsive & considerate, would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay at May's home. May's row home was conveniently located next to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The Capitol building and the botanical gardens are a 30 minute walk. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Excellent for a family getaway. The second half bath was great for our group. Kitchen was clean and had everything one might need for cooking. The Master bedroom is beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. I was actually shocked at how quiet it was, since we were in the city. Overall we had an excellent stay and would return.

We selected this home to have a convenient location to join local family for holiday celebrations. It worked out perfectly. 4 bdrms and 3 full baths gave us plenty of space. Great location inside the beltway. Really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was perfect for our needs.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Very nice place. The tub was the only thing that we had any issue with.

Really great place to stay when you want to use the Metro for multiple locations around DC. very accessible to the Smithsonian and other points of interest. Logan Circle and Whole Foods is very walkable. Also really lovely corner store down the block and a bakery with great coffee basically next door.

Despite the unusually cold weather and the big snowstorm that blanketed DC, we enjoyed our stay in Eugene's apartment. It was more than big enough for the three of us, with two good-sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The Mount Pleasant neighborhood was lovely, and we could easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Given that our travel plans changed unexpectedly due to the storm, we appreciated Eugene's flexibility in letting us stay an extra night. We would definitely stay here again.

Seriously the best rental we have ever experienced! Great location, clean, clean, clean! Elliott was incredibly responsive, had coffee, tea, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, and more available! If I could give a 10, I would!

Very clean and tidy !

This was an amazing place! It has a great backyard a pool in the community, the house has ton of beds, it is really comfortable and spacious. Gilbert was super good with communication and very helpful all the time. Overall I loved the place, it made me feel like home away from home, do not hesitate to book it.

This was an overall wonderful airbnb experience! The place is clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a homemade dinner. The communication with the host is outstanding. He went above and beyond to help my family coordinate pickup of a forgotten item over 24 hours after we checked out. Thank you again, V!
