Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Warsaw

We had a great stay! There were lots of amenities, a lot of good restaurants in the area, close to downtown which is the main thing we were looking for.

While you are probably NOT going here for tourist attractions but I assue you, you should. Great little town, good local restaurants and this place is great. Right on the court house square and it's so quaint. Quiet town, clock on the clocktower chimes on the hour and you can hear the train whistle. EVERYTHING about this has been updated, it's nice, one bedroom, EASY in and out, easy parking and it's just a cool place to visit! Super clean and super nice. And the host's were amazingly helpful and nice. Super responsive and I'll stay here again for sure!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The home was fully decorated and furnished. A real home. Not stark and cold like many airbnbs. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfy with nice linens. Lots of lamps for warm lighting. The kitchen had everything a normal home would have. The fact that Julie lives down the street gave me an added sense of security. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The place was great. I had a couple of questions and they got back to me immediately. I highly recommend this one .

tim is a great host. clear instructions, responsive, friendly. I love this location. within walking distance there are restaurants and coffee shops, ND, spots by the river to lay a blanket down and enjoy the weather. close to Lake Michigan beaches. I love the private parking. clean place, has all the amenities you love from home. it's my go to anytime I'm in SB.

Emily's condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious, and more than we could have hoped for! It was well-appointed and perfectly stocked with anything needed for our stay there. We stayed 3 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer! The elevator worked perfectly and it was very easy to enter and leave the condo with key-coded entry, and there is also a wonderful coffee shop on the first floor. Our favorite part of the condo was the amazing Purple mattress in the master bedroom! It was SO comfortable- soft but not too soft! The only mild negatives for us was that a train would go by late at night blaring its horn, but we soon adjusted to it after a couple of nights. We also had a little difficulty two times finding a place to park in the all day section of the free parking lot down the street during the day but, otherwise, parking was fine! Emily was easy to reach and very pro-active in taking care of one small weather-related issue that occurred during our stay. We will be back!

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. It is the perfect place for our family with lots of space. We love the yard for the kids to be able to run around. It is also close enough to downtown to walk. Joe is very responsive and accommodating.

I stayed here with a few friends and had a wonderful time! Everything in the Airbnb was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear and simple check-in and check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! I think the bed I slept in had a memory foam topper as well, which was extra nice after a long day of traveling. The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, coffee and tea, and water bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. The proximity to Notre Dame’s campus was also perfect! The next time I come back to South Bend, I would check here first to see if it was available before looking anywhere else!

House was nestled in a private neighborhood. It was close to highways and other amenities. Comfy beds. Enjoyed nature in backyard-saw coyote and cat (separate times) enjoying the pond in back.

This is the cutest little house. It was decorated in a modern farmhouse style which is what I love. It was quite and had everything I needed. Sarah was extremely supportive and responsive. Couldn't have had a better stay!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Amazing attention to details, to make it comfortable stay, very clean and it feels home, massage chair was a cool new addition since I visited few months back, location is two minutes walk from parkview field. thank you Ra for being a super host.

This was a great location lots of conveniences very close by and a lot of things to do. Fort Wayne is a great area. The space was amazing and it did not disappoint. I had three nights of great paranormal experiences and if you are a paranormal person, I highly recommend this place because it will not disappoint you, I promise you. If you are not into that, it’s still a great place to stay !

We stayed here for five nights while in town for a memorial service. This was absolutely, hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had yet! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt totally safe. The unit was spotless and so comfortable! Exactly as pictured, which is so refreshing!! Everything was well cared for and we had so much room for our things. Sharon was kind enough to leave water, coffee and a few welcome snacks, which is so nice and unexpected! The bed is also comfy with premium sheets and more than enough towels. The deep bathtub was also a pleasant surprise. The reason for our visit was a sad occasion, but the warm, comfortable acomodations really helped us cope - it felt like home. This will be our “go to” place when we come to visit family!
