The apartment is really very nice and there is everything that would ever need. We felt very comfortable right away and absolutely enjoyed our stay! ☺️

Kay is very friendly and helpful. We didn't arrive until 11 o'clock at night and he stayed up especially for us and showed us everything in peace. The place is even more cozy than on the pictures :) If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be

I was alone in the apartment for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable from the beginning. André is always available and responds very quickly to inquiries/questions. It's straightforward, reliable, and accommodating. The kitchen could be stocked up a bit, for example, I was missing a whisk and a cutting board, but I could take care of myself, didn't want to cook a 5-course menu in the kitchen. The nearest bus stop is about 1 km, which I found to be a bit far, but André can't do anything about it. In general, the connection to the public transport is very good in all directions, just lasts, but I had enough time for me no problem. Everyone sets different requirements of course, but for me it was perfectly fine, would book the place again.

We had a wonderful time in the small apartment. Antje welcomed us directly like family members. The location and the place were perfect for unplugging. We really enjoyed the use of the fireplace and sauna and will be happy to come back :) !

We stayed with Anja and Dirk for the second time and immediately felt very comfortable again. The garden and apartment are very nice and it has everything you need. Our four-year-old son was particularly pleased with the cuddle toys, books and games. The sheep had so juicy grass and so many apples this time that we couldn't feed them, but it's nice to be able to watch them over breakfast in the garden. The garden with Hollywood swing, hammock, garden furniture and delicious fruits offers plenty of space to relax and many opportunities for children to discover. Anja and Dirk are happy to help, give good tips for excursions and are very friendly hosts. We will be happy to come back. Thank you and best regards, Thilo, Max and Katja

if you want to feel at home, this is the place to be. You feel very comfortable right away. We were 9 people and had a good time. Excursions to the Baltic Sea and the Karls-Erdbeerhof were no problem. We took quiet walks and relaxation in the house. We will be happy to come back again! Thanks for everything!

The apartment is great, can only recommend it. The house is rural and more than enough to satisfy the claim. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed, in the apartment and also in the village, it is very quiet and pleasant. In the kitchen you can find everything you need, in addition, the barbecue can be used. Really nice place for a stay with your best friends!

We had a very nice getaway over New Year's Eve in the Swedish house. The property is ideal for holidays with children. There were toys, children's dishes and beautiful walking and excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

We stayed for a girlfriend weekend. The accommodation is easy to reach, the surroundings are beautiful. We were still able to buy vegetables from our own harvest, eggs and honey in November, which was great. Frank was a very friendly and accommodating host. Thank you!

we were a company of four adulrs and two kids and were very comfortable. Located right on the waterfront, and equipped with kayaks for the guest. Very nice walk along the Marina and beautiful view from the lighthouse. Absolute tranquility. The house is not accessible by car. You need to park the car in a designated lot outside the complex. The distance to the house depends on its lication in the complex, and can be up to about 100 meters. Thank you Ralph for a wonderful stay

Wunderschönes Apartment!

Everything was great! The place is exactly as described, very spacious and clean! The surroundings are beautiful, very quiet and right on the water. We felt really comfortable, can highly recommend it and would be happy to come back!

We rented the apartment to escape the insanity that happens in Berlin on NYE and it was the perfect getaway. It was well equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy nature. The bed was very comfortable and check in was a breeze. You’re also close to coffee shops and restaurants which are in walking distance. You can even walk to the Rewe! I highly recommend this rental and would rent again in the future.

The apartment is well equipped, clean and very homely. There is enough space. We stayed there for 6 nights and even if it rained, you could stay at home excellently. The apartment and the yard are designed with a lot of love for detail. The area around Basedow is beautiful, we come to this area regularly. So: absolutely recommended!
