Apartment vacation rentals in Wan Chai District

Its a perfect apartment for families. my kids are 1 and 3 and they felt right at home. Monica (co host) reached out prior to our check in to understand the ages of the kids and offer different types of arrangements for the bed & cot, so helpful! There were some toys available for my kids to play with everything was easy - access to the apartment, wifi, netflix etc I really felt at home and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again- thank you!!

Second time staying and still loved it as always

Our 3 nights stay in Bowrington was really great. The location of the unit is good and safe, you’ll be able to save money because there’s a market nearby, no need to eat in fancy restaurants because you can just cook your own food. The house is big and clean. Peter and Sam were very responsive to my inquiries. When we had problems with our schedule, they were kind enough to let us stay a little longer. Kudos to Peter and Sam for accommodating us. If given a chance to visit HK again, I already know where to go. 😊

The place was small.. yet it did not feel small due to the excellent placement of all the amenities. Clean and felt like home. Everything was there.. didnt feel like a place that is used for a hotel stay.. it was like we are staying by with the owner itself. A great touch of love and affection in the place. Price was high.. but it was high for all the other properties i searched for.. so.. with that thing in mind.. i wud say its value for money. Especially the cute balcony for the morning tea was my favourite place and time of the day. Its closer to MTR station- 5 min walk and the airport bus stops right in the vicinity. Kenjy is an excellent host. Would recommend this over any 5 star property. I wud give a 6 star if possible.

Fantastic location with many food options within walking distance and MTR location a few blocks away. Cozy apartment that fit 2 adults and 3 teenagers no problem. Would definitely rent again.

I stayed at Danny’s while I was in HK for work for approximately 2.5 weeks. What appealed to me was that it was a studio with private bathroom / shower and also kitchenette area. The location was the main reason I stayed here. It’s a quieter area for Wan Chai, but once you cross the street to the other side, it’s very lively. Danny was also a great host. He made sure I had everything I needed and also went out of his way to change my linens and replaced my towels, etc. He is a very kind soul and I felt comfortable and safe staying there. It is quite secure space. The bed and the duvet / pillows were so comfortable. I slept so well during my time there. Shower and kitchen area were very clean. Had everything I needed! Thank you Danny for the wonderful stay. I hope to stay with you when I’m back in HK again!

It was a convenient location near the MTR with loads of restaurants, cafes and shops. The check-in and check-out process was easy to follow. I did have a huge luggage and this was a 3 floor walk up so something to bear in mind when booking. The host was very nice and responsive whenever I had any questions. Overall, it’s a good value for what you paid for and I would recommend it.

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay in while exploring the city, look no more! The location is so convenient you won't have any trouble finding it. There's MTR right outside, as well as bus stops and pretty much everything you need. The host was super nice and helpful, giving me clear instructions as well as some suggestions that were useful. WiFi was great enough to WFH, no issues whatsoever. I was surprised how quiet the room was considering the area. Got some good sleep. It was pretty clean, except for some dust in furniture and an odd smell that you'll feel when you go into the room. Where to improve: - The hot water runs out a bit quick, but it was not really an issue to me. - There was a very noticeable smell in the room that should be taken care of. it's quite dusty and humid in the furniture, so perhaps that's the origin.

Fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the MTR station, making it easy to get around. There were plenty of food options right outside the building, so finding meals was never a problem. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our group, with three comfortable rooms that made our stay even better. The shower heater was a big plus, especially since it was quite cold during our visit. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Chau Nog's place is simply amazing. Its clean, organised, and everything we hope for. Will surely book again.

Great stay at Yin’s! Superb location, responsive communication, cozy and spacious, especially for an HK apartment. Very well stocked kitchen. The washing machine didn’t fully work for me, but Yin was super accommodating and transferred me money to use the laundromat downstairs. Thank you for welcoming me! Highly recommend!

We're so glad we found Sooj's place and stayed at his apartment for 10 days. It's very spacious for 2 and it has EVERYTHING we needed, even more! It has a washing machine, kitchen and fridge, TV, dining and living rooms, shower and bath tub, etc. It's close to the midlevel escalators, about 5-minute walk, and the neighborhood is quite peaceful and accessible as there are bus stops nearby, and a lot of restaurants and convenience stores as well. Sooj's was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay and even recommended good spots and cafes. It was such a breeze communicating with him. We're recommending this place to everyone who wants to avoid so much crowds or touristy accommodations around Tsim Sha Tsui or Mongkok.

We had a perfect two week stay in Mandys flat. Lots of shops in the neighborhood and easy public transportation in the connected mall. Mandy was very responsive snd met us at check-in. The flat is very well equipped and fulfilled all our needs. I would definitely recommend her flat.
