Place very clean and extremely quiet location, highly recommend it.

I had nothing wrong with the stay The place was tidy and well maintained and the landlord was quick to respond to concerns.

The communication with Silke and Frank was impeccable - I got all the important information at a glance. The apartment is nicely decorated and equipped with all the essentials (there is even a second TV in the bedroom). The location of the apartment is also great - you are quickly in the core city of Winterberg and don't take long to the ski resorts/hiking. I'd love to come back!

Everything was good at Alem's place. I rented the accommodation to recover after strenuous seminar days and not need a long time for the paths to the apartment. Everything worked out and I can recommend the place (especially if you're not traveling alone like me). The property is very spacious.

The accommodation has everything you need for a stay. Small but nice here is the devise. Khalid is very friendly and there were flowers and chocolate on arrival. The bus and tram stop are within walking distance. An Edeka with beverage market is also just a 5 minute walk. Only the neighborhood in which the apartment is located is rather untidy. However, this is also the only drawback.

We stayed at Isabella's place for a weekend and felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and very clean. There were even small guest gifts which we were very happy about. The location of the apartment is also great , everything is easy to reach. We had a great weekend and would be happy to come back.

We've visited Merle's lovely picturesque house for the third time, since it is a perfect base for visiting the "Weihnachtsmarkt". The house is both cosy and spotless and fully equipped. It is situated on a tranquil street and within walking distance of the historical city centre. We've had a great stay and would love to visit again.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is modern and stylish. Both floors have underfloor heating, cooked on an induction field, the walk-in shower is wonderful and also the terrace invites you to linger. Hosts are very kind and promptly available. We had an invariably nice time here.

The place was good and clean Nothing to complain about. Only 2 things: harder pillows would be very good. The current ones were far too soft in our opinion. The other is, you have to pay attention to the gully lid at the driveway so that you don't put your car on. Everything else is good.

We stayed 1 week for hiking in country time L: perfect! The location, the house, the apartment, the furnishings, everything at its best. The World Heritage Beech Forest National Park is just a stone's throw away. You can also start directly from the house. Tanja is a super friendly, helpful and accommodating host. She responded immediately to all questions. 100% referral, we will be back, because: It can't get any better!

A wonderfully relaxing stopover on our long trip 🧡 I felt very comfortable, the night was quiet (is totally important to me) and also the dog came to rest well and was warmly welcomed. Communication was straightforward and friendly, the answers came quickly and were helpful. Thanks for that! We'll probably come back again to explore a few places in the area.

Super nice host. Uwe was always available and very flexible! The place was also very clean and modern. The amenities were very good. We traveled with our daughter (3 months old) and nothing was missing in this regard (changing table, crib, etc.). In addition, the place was central, but still a little outside of the "party mile", so it was a little quieter.

We had a great stay in the apartment - there is everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated and otherwise everything is cozy and appropriately furnished. On the large terrace you can sit comfortably together. The communication with Marie-Luise was great, the access to the apartment through the key box was flexible and uncomplicated. We even had the option to check out later because there weren't new guests right there. The location directly at the bike park was ideally suited for us. You can walk to the village for a moment, but it's a nice walk and you can go back up by bus or taxi.

I was in the apartment for the second time and felt very comfortable again - both inside and outside. Cozy, clean, well equipped and so many hiking trails / possibilities right outside the door. This time I also walked the entire village trail - a nice round! Five stars again from me 🙂

We felt very comfortable in the apartment "Biwak". The atmosphere is unique and just right for a trip with friends or a men hangout. I can only recommend it!

Great place to stay in Kassel! Right next to the Bahnhof Oberzwehren train station (for Regio Tram) and other public transportation is also just a short walk away. Cozy, modern apartment with all essentials. Note that the shower is not ideal for very tall people.

Modern accommodation in a nice location! The hosts were always available and always kindly inquired about our wellbeing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a getaway. I'd love to come back :-)

Till is a great host and really really helpful with personal request. I thank him for that.. His place is walkable from train station but located in a peaceful location. Great place with great amenities.. wonderful host and wonderful place.. would certainly stay again next time.. Thank you and I highly recommend it.

We liked the apartment very much, we felt right at home. The view from the large window was particularly beautiful in the morning. The beds were very cozy, although the mattresses were relatively soft, we slept very well. The beddings and towels were spotless. The kitchen is well equipped. However, a car is a must, but that has not limited us. We would definitely come back.
