Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Wakulla County

This was our second time staying at this location. We would definitely stay again. Very peaceful and relaxing location.

We had a family and friends gathering for my daughter’s birthday. The place was perfect, felt like home. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and clean, bedrooms were clean and cozy as well. We enjoyed being steps from the beach, had a great time walking the dog in the morning and setting up a tent and chairs in the sand to spend the day. We took our stand up paddle boards and had a blast. If fishing for tarpon is your thing we saw a lot of them chasing mullet every evening. If you enjoy tranquility and nature this is place to go, highly recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful place on the river. Lots of family activities available - fishing, kayaking, darts, cornhole, grilling. We had a great time!

The location was private and beautiful. The house is literally steps from the beach! The house was clean and had everything we needed as far as kitchen essentials. The beds were comfortable and I loved the primary bedrooms shower! Our vacation was actually planned when a hurricane was coming through and Kelly allowed up to flex our days so that our vacation was not any shorter. We had a good time and would definitely come back.

We visited for a calm weekend to celebrate my friend getting engaged. The house was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We had the beach all to ourselves for most of the day. Thank you for such a nice stay!

I like the laid back vibe of Alligator Point, and Marcin's place was perfect for our get together with friends. The point is secluded and not commercial as other big Florida destinations are. If your thing is high rise beach condominiums, surf shops, and nightlife, this is definitely not the place for you. We go for the peaceful relaxation (calm surf and no crowds), and the natural beauty (saw white squirrels). There's a couple of good restaurants in the village of Panacea (20min drive) that make for a great evening dinner out. Retail shopping is over in Crawfordville (40 minute drive). Marcin was easy to contact. The only trouble we had was the internet went out and we had to wait 2 days for the ISP to get there to fix the problem. Marcin's home is as advertised, spotless with lots of amenities and well kept. Great space under the house for BBQ (nice grills), many kayaks, paddleboards, and beach supplies. This is Florida as I like it, we had a great time and plan to return.
