We had a lovely stay at this Koloa house. The space was large and well set up for a big group. We particularly loved the large deck. It was great for a cup of coffee and watching golfers in the mornings. The putting green was fun for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils, making it easy to cook meals at home. There were plenty of beach chairs for use too. Property is close to restaurants and downtown Koloa as well as several fabulous beaches. We loved Shipwreck beach in particular. The property had 4 large bedrooms. Our only complaint (and it was very minor) was that you had to walk through one bedroom to get to 2 others. Fine for our family but good to know if you're traveling with folks less familiar with each other.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Princeville. The space was perfect for our group of eight — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen was wonderful and made it easy to cook meals together, and the location was ideal for quick trips to Hanalei Bay and other nearby spots. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Laura was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The standout feature was definitely the lanai. We started each morning with coffee out there, enjoying the breeze, the sound of birds, and the ever-changing weather — from gentle rain to sudden downpours. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the lush surroundings. The ping pong table was a fun bonus and got plenty of use. This home was the perfect base for our trip and we’d absolutely stay again!

Lauren was the ultimate host for this perfect, peaceful getaway. Her condo offered us everything we wanted: view, walkability, access to beach/snorkeling by foot, central location on north side. It was thoughtfully appointed with everything from bright white bath towels, to a full kitchen, to boogie boards for the beach! We loved the simplicity and cleanliness of this lovely home, the layout, the view...especially the view! We will absolutely book again and couldn't recommend more highly. And aside from all this, Lauren was helpful, proactive, responsive and generally couldn't have been better. Thank you Lauren!!!!

We loved the location of this house in Princeville. Kids were able to walk to the shops and grocery store whenever they wanted. We enjoyed the chicken family that visited our kitchen door every morning! Parks and amenities close by. Do recommend having a car in general. Would love to come again! Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Kuai vacation home. This location on the south shore was a perfect base for our family vacation. Multiple restaurants, shops and beaches all within 5-15 min. I did a massage at the hotel spa nearby which was fabulous. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, grill and landscaped backyard. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with spices, coffee filters, etc. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and body wash. We will definitely return to this property when traveling with a larger group. There was plenty of room to spread out.

Our four generation vacation plus one was everything we hoped for. The home was beautiful, neat, clean and accommodating. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate five women preparing meals.😁 the beds were all comfortable and cozy. My 21 year old granddaughter took over the whole area upstairs and was perfect for her to retreat to when she needed a break from all the cackling from us older ladies!😆. Plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear and boogie boards. My granddaughter took use of one of the bicycles to go exploring the area. All-in-all we had a great time during our adventures of Kauai. Catherine’s Airbnb was perfect! 👌. We will definitely rebook for future visits to the Garden Island.❤️

We had the best five night stay here! There were 4 adults and 2 kids. We all had plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. We were so impressed by the decorations and couldn’t stop pointing out how thoughtful the little details were. We loved the book showing the before and after of the house, and the gift basket with Hawaiian treats was very appreciated by the kids! The lanai was private and comfortable at all times of day. We even enjoyed a morning rainstorm under the tin roof. Although there is no air conditioning, the open windows and fans kept us plenty comfortable.
