Vacation rentals with a patio in Waihi Beach

Cheryl's place was fantastic just what we needed and the late check out meant we could enjoy a walk up the Mount and Breakfast at a Cafe before heading home, thank you.

Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Amazing apartment style holiday home. Very comfortable super king bed with linen provided for a fee. Kitchen has anything you need to prepare meals. Impossible-to-beat views of the oceanfront.

Great location, parking, pool, gym and close to the beach and cafes. Very good apartment. Set up great, tidy and well presented. Even had a coffee machine. Great communication from Elizabeth

We loved our stay with Clint and Jessie. They are so kind and welcoming and very responsive! The place was very clean and tidy and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Adele's place was in a great location for a quick stopover in Hamilton. It is brand new, easy to get to from SH1 and near to amenities (there's a great place for coffee just across the road). Just note that her place is on the first floor so you will have to climb some stairs. That was not a problem for us though as we did not have much to carry. and a dedicated parking space was available in front of the unit.

Property was perfect for what our family needed. Great location with easy walking to beach and village.

We had a fantastic stay here, it was extremely hot though and there is not an air conditioning unit. There was a fan but it was so muggy that air con would’ve been perfect. Great place and super tidy. Thanks heaps

Stay was awesome, lovely tidy and clean place, would stay there again no problem. Only negative is it was further out than iIthought, but still within easy driving distance to everywhere.

Annie & Steve's place has lovely indoor and outdoor living space. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is great. I had everything I needed. I could live in this house not just stay in it for a few days. The garden/avocado orchard created a beautiful and peaceful environment. I thoroughly recommend this place!

Great location for our group. Walking distance to the town centre, spa pools and local hiking trails. Beds super comfy and everthing really clean. Perfect!

The location worked well for me. Make sure you read the description closer than I did as it did not provide a washing machine which I needed and expected for the price. Everything else was great

Geoff & Bee's place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The location is practically at the foot of the mount and the building has access on two sides allowing us to go one direction for our hike around or up the mount and the other direction to go directly across to the beach. Also it is about a 5 minute walk into town with lots of great restaurants and shops to visit. Geoff & Bee's Airbnb was exactly how it was described, very neat and clean with everything we needed to stay for several weeks. The unit also has a washer and dryer which was a big plus since we exercised and went to the beach pretty much every day. Also the bed was super comfy which made for a goodnight sleep each night. The building is well run and was very quiet. We got to meet Geoff & Bee for coffee and they are an absolutely lovely couple and terrific hosts! We definitely recommend their place for your visit to Mount Maunganui. Thanks so much Geoff & Bee, best wishes Ellen & Jimmy

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.

We bought family together from various places. So it helped a lot to have clear instructions and especially that Charlene went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciate the assistance with a late change in timing due to travel issues. The balcony area was particularly appreciated to get a cool breeze and nice view!

This is the second time I staid at Trudi’s place and both times I felt right at home. Trudi is so great and made me feel so comfortable! The space is beautiful and cozy and in a great spot. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach!! I will definitely bring back! Thanks Trudi xx

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.
