This property is a true countryside gem! Carmen was an exceptional host - responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The open format layout provides a wonderful sense of space while still feeling cozy and private. The natural surroundings are magical - waking up to bird songs and having friendly farm animals (pigs and horses) nearby created a genuine rural retreat experience. We particularly enjoyed access to local trails for walking and exploring the beautiful Dutch countryside. The amenities are excellent - the wood stove created a warm atmosphere, the charcoal grill was perfect for outdoor cooking, and the private sauna is a luxurious touch (just allow ample time for it to heat up). The yard created a peaceful outdoor space that complemented the interior nicely. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway that's still accessible to Dutch attractions, this is an excellent choice! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. Thanks for the hospitality and maybe see you soon!

Definitely a place I would not mind staying at again. It could not be more convenient location wise, and an amazing bakery just down the street. Bus stop one skip and a jump away, and town center just a pleasant stroll down the road. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for 2 persons. The stairs is something to get used to as it is really steep, but doable. Would certainly recommend.

A wonderful weekend on the beautiful Veluwezoom What a privilege to stay in the middle of the Veluwezoom! We slept in a tastefully renovated barn, in a beautiful blue room with a nice bed and a lovely shower. The location is perfect, right next to the start of beautiful hiking trails. Our hostess was incredibly friendly and gave us plenty of valuable tips. On Sunday we enjoyed an extensive and delicious breakfast. In short, we enjoyed it to the fullest and felt completely cared for. Thanks for all the good care!

We felt spoiled in the wonderful apartment with garden in the city center of Deventer. Everything was correct; the location, the apartment and the host!

We had a lovely weekend at Chris's cottage! Close to the forest, with all the comforts, close to Amersfoort and Utrecht! Enjoyed the sauna, the beds were very confortable and everything was very clean. I would recommend the house.

We were on site for a family trip with 8 people and a dog. The accommodation (especially the bedroom on the 1st floor overlooking the lake) is an absolute dream. Very cozy and perfect for a family. We were able to stay in the cottage on the day of arrival at 11:30 (instead of 3 p.m.) and on the day of departure we were even allowed to stay until 3 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.! All around great - the hosts were also very friendly and always easily accessible!

A wonderful stay to spend a weekend with the family. The lovely open kitchen and the wood-fired hot tub were the reason we chose the house. Very nice and nicely decorated. In short.. recommended!

We had a great week at this place for the days around New Year. The cottage is nicely decorated and football field and forest next door. We have been outside a lot, the porch is also a godsend. There are also many games available for indoors and everything else was perfectly taken care of. Friendly people at the park too! We'd love to come back.

Wonderful place to get away from it all! We were in a busy renovation and had to stay somewhere else with our sweet hangover and fortunately found this pearl in Culemborg. Never been to this town before, but we will definitely be back! Dear people, ridiculously beautiful old buildings and you can indulge your Burgundian heart completely at the local caterers and artisan butchers/wineries. In short, this beautiful town is a fantastic surprise. In addition, the house offers seas of peace, everything is within walking distance and has a nice separate study if you have to separate with your laptop (incl. Extra monitor and large whiteboard). All in all I would say; don't hesitate and just book ;)

We were very warmly welcomed by the owners with drinks and chocolate and got a tour of the house and helpful information about the area. Amersfoort is beautiful and within walking distance of the property with nice restaurants. We were also able to rent bikes in the village. The accommodation is centrally located for tours to Urecht, Haarlem, and the Ijsselmeer. Haus Doorn is also highly recommended. All in all a very nice vacation in a cozy house with a covered wind-protected patio, where we could have our breakfast. We would definitely recommend it !!!

Mr Patel’s place was a great stay to wrap up our Europe trip. Me and my friend loved the place so much especially the beds, after all our travel they gave us a good sleep. The neighborhood was very pleasant, quiet and gave a homey feeling. It’s surrounded by restaurants and also 2 supermarkets. It was a pleasure to meet Mr Patel who explained about the neighborhood and Utrecht. Thank you for hosting us, hope we will come back soon!

100% recommend to those wanting to stay and be at the center, it's a beautiful location, right next to multiple bakeries and eateries. The place itself is as described, clean and cozy and with the amenities you could want and need for a short or longer stay. :)

Very nice and cozy apartment. we were very glad to be able to stay here. The shutters on the windows cared for a deep and restful sleep.😊
