Very nice and clean place, better than the photos. It is located on the beach, in a very quiet area that is about 10 minutes from the city of Volos with a very good road. Manos is a great host, and eager to help.

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

The location of the house is fantastic, there is a beautiful sea view with easy accessibility at the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near the house. We felt like home, very nice and cozy decoration, comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had all the amenities for a pleasure accommodation. It was a great experience to start staying in Volos with this place, the house owner lady is very kind and friendly. She was visionary about things I may need while staying in a place. This is a lovely, well equipped house in a great location - beautiful beaches are only a short drive away (get there early if you want a sun bed) and there are plenty of good places to eat in the village. We especially loved the vegetable garden!

Beautiful house, good location close to the beach, great the small dishwasher and washing machine if you are to several people.Horefto a nice place with mainly Greek tourism, the tavern "to Kima" (the wave) is fantastic to eat and we have never paid more than 10 euros per person in a large group for the finest fish and seafood dishes, the typical homemade side dishes and much more. The beach never crowded (July), the neighboring beach with the wildlife tenants even more original and invites you to take nudist bathing, even recently a hidden cafe. The Pilion through the mixed forests and springs is nice to hike and not too hot.

Friendly and lovely host and apartment. Real peaceful vibe and nice to stay in an actual Airbnb with character and charm. 100% recommend to anyone who has taste and style.

Marina's house is captivating. Sparkling clean, modern and tasteful and very homey. Marina should get 1st prize for the best outfitted kitchen in Airbnb history - there is every appliance and utensil, that you could want and we cooked major meals and also barbequed (great local grocery store close by has everything). There are plenty of cupboards in the bedrooms, absolutely pristine bedding and extra pillows. But the star of the show is the view. You can't grasp the depth and magic of the verdant valley that spreads below the terrace and runs all the way to the sea. We passed many hours on that terrace, just bathing our eyes and souls in the beauty of this place, letting our ears rest with a silence I have never experienced. There is a feeling here that no photograph can capture. If you are looking for peace for your soul, look no further. A place to return to for sure.

Everything is flawless and exactly as Mr. Nikos describes it. You can choose it for summer holidays and winter months since it is all close by car. The house is warm with a fireplace ,a/c and always with warm water.

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.

Excellent host and apartment, everything is as described and it’s spotlessly clean. Zafirula is really responsive and available for everything needed. It’s in peaceful surroundings with enough free parking, has everything you need within distances you can walk. Perfect value for money!

Wonderful experience. We came for a wedding and the stay was easy and relaxing during our time. This was also a perfect spot to get around the city.
