we had a great time in Lia apartment the location is just so beautiful and quiet and the beach next to it is a peace of heaven we had great time hanging out and make dinners in the yard outside lia's husband Ares was very friendly and help us along with great recommendations for this around and in volos, he was very responsive and answered lots of our questions to summerize great apartment amazing location and best hosts you can ask thank you

The space was super clean, the house exactly as it appears in the photos. Very convenient location for exploring all the surrounding villages, very quiet and beautiful place. I would definitely choose it again

Apostolis' house is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a spacious cottage that can comfortably accommodate five people. It has everything, is fully renovated and everything it contains is new and purchased for this space and not left over from a main residence. It is next to Volos and in a very good spot for excursions to Pelion. Its cost is very affordable. We enjoyed the absolute silence day and night without the slightest sense of isolation as the area is residential. Also at the time we stayed (end of October) we enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juices from the oranges we cut from the farm on a daily basis. We highly recommend it. You'll enjoy it.

We’ve had a wonderful family stay at the beach house. It’s your own little house on your own “private” beautiful beach, with the water right at your feet. A nice simple house on the beach, with the sound of the waves to sweeten your night’s sleep. The two tasty taverns next by with a wonderful vista just make it all the better.

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

The house is magnificent, wonderfully restored and even more beautiful than what you can see in the photos!! Even though access from the main road is not very easy, the host arranged for someone to meet us and guide us there, as well as give us a tour of the house. The quiet location and beautiful nature and views totally compensate for a bit of walking! The house is fully equipped and very comfortable, and the hospitality was exceptional, offering breakfast supplies and even some drinks!! Thank you for a great time!!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. We loved our stay here. Everything was as described in the listing, but what we loved the most were the beautiful sunrises we got to see over the sea and the tranquil area. This is for sure, a great stay for exploring Pelion area.

We were very satisfied during our stay in Volos. Everything is as in the photos and in the description. The apartment is very centrally located in the center. The shopping street is practically on the doorstep. Everything is very easy to reach. Giannis was a very nice, courteous host. Gladly to come again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chipmunk. Georgios met us and showed us around his lovely studio. A lot of thought has gone into the tasteful design, decor and amenities. Some lovely touches too - fridge stocked with various things and plenty of tea and coffee refreshments. Bathroom has a good supply of toiletries and fluffy towels. Had two good nights sleep in the most comfortable of beds. Georgios was most helpful/informative and was available 24/7 if we required anything else during our stay. The location is ideal as it is less than a 5 minute walk from the Ferry and likewise into Town centre. Overall, an excellent choice and would highly recommend. Well done Georgios.

Very friendly environment, and easy to explore the city from this location.

We come to Volos often and this was our first time at this location. We will likely book again. The location is extremely convenient to walk to the port restaurants, close by park and playground, shopping district, and local beach. The parking spot is a real luxury making it so much easier to travel and explore the surrounding mountain villages and beaches. Only one floor up and with reliable elevator and spacious interior. The host met us at our arrival and was very helpful and responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure. Thanks!

in a word: excellent! I've stayed in several homes in my life but never like this one. All spotless, tidy, with excellent aesthetics in decor, with many amenities and above all heating radiators (winter we went) and hot water always. Without exaggeration, a great home, where the owner's professionalism and kindness made our experience even more important. Fantastic town apartment! Top floor of a quite grand apartment building - fab views of Pelion mountain range, Volos waterfront & city centre from extensive verandah. Even in December, morning coffee was a joy! Apartment has a serene feel, - cozy & functional, minimal & homely! Lots of attention to detail. Perfect for the city/town (minutes walk from everything), we also chilled very happily in the apartment. Economic parking 7min walk away (host’s suggestion). All-in-all ….. a true gem!
