The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with football golf golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. The Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.
