GlÀdjens House

A very historic and beautiful old house with a grand piano for the kids to play. The outdoor garden is lush and green. The host also provided the kids with free ice cream and extended our check-out time for free, so we could take it easy on our last day in Visby. Bengt and his beautiful wife are very friendly and welcoming. If I come to Visby again, I will definitely choose this beautiful villa again!

Newly-built house Visby neighborhood

BobbieRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house! It’s spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you'd need. The location is perfect—close to Visby and easily accessible to other parts of the island by car. Heidi was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and answered our many questions helpfully. The only challenge was the requirement to wash/dry bed linens and towels before leaving. Our group opted to bring our own bed linens which was not ideal since some of us were traveling internationally. Despite this, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this house!
A charming house with a red-tiled roof and light-colored walls is positioned along a cobblestone pathway. Flowering plants are climbing against the walls, enhancing the welcoming appearance. Large windows provide natural light, and a stone staircase leads to the entrance.

Fantastic villa in central Visby

RupertRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Johan’s house is perfectly located just inside the walls at the eastern end of the town. It is a quick walk to good shops and restaurants and the beautiful coastal path with places to swim or enjoy the cafes. We came on the ferry and didn’t need a car but walked everywhere and also hired bikes (excellent value). If you feel you need a car you can park in the town car park but it’s a lovely walk along the outside of the walls. The house if very comfortable with lots of space inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The beautiful cathedral’s bell rings on the hour and half hour all night so bring earplugs if that will bother you. Johan’s communication was excellent. I highly recommend his house and lovely Visby.

One of the best places to stay in Gotland. New and modern with all the facilities. Bigger than in the pictures we spent an amazing week there. Keep in mind they’ll ask you for a deep cleaning before leaving. Everything was great and we can wait to come back :)
