Kishore's place was wonderful! They were extremely hospitable and helpful and the place was sparkling clean. It was centrally located as well. I look forward to staying here again!

It was a great experience staying in this place. The view was awesome, place was neat and clean, kitchen has all the utensils and amenities, most tourist spots were nearby and in top of everything our host Mala madam made us feel right at home from the very beginning of our stay. She was well reachable, communicative, always helpful, provided lots of suggestions to us regarding food and tourist spots. She even gave us small gifts as well !! If you visit Visakhapatnam, u can stay in this place without single hesitation. This is highly recommended. Once again big thanks to Mala madam.

We had a very peaceful stay for 4 days.. The rooms were very clean and the hall was too spacious... Right from check-in to check- out everything was hassle free. Even the small basic amenities like hand wash, soaps, shampoos, utensils in the kitchen were readily available, which we as guests felt the best part... Coming to the host, I would say that Sanjay and the co-hosts were extremely proactive.. All my queries/requests were handled within minutes. My next vacation home stay to vizag would definitely be this..

This place is very clean and professionally managed, everything is taken care of well. The apartment is very well maintained, and all required things are in place, including utensils etc. Bharath is proactive, he ensured we were settled well, and called a couple of times to make sure we were taken care of. Also, there is a manager available all the time to help with anything needed. This place is also close to major attractions so one of the best places to stay in Vizag. Had a wonderful time.

Location of the home stay is good, shops and restaurants are nearby and walkable. House was good and clean, feels like home. Host is responsive. It’s a good initiative to start home stay concept in a town like Vizianagaram. It is very convenient to stay with family.

We had a great time staying at bharath's place... the flat is as shown in the pictures.... it is in a newly constructed apartment with lots of space including play area for family to spent quality time... we enjoyed a lot... Host is very much proactive in arranging the requested kitchen utensils... and also helped me dropping to nearest busstop during checkout... My family felt safe and secured during our stay... Definitely makes us feel that we are in our second home.... Highly recommended....

We had a wonderful stay at Aniket's place from February 24th to 26th, 2025. The house was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully furnished with all the essentials, making our stay extremely comfortable. The air conditioner in the master bedroom worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant night’s sleep. Aniket, the host, was in constant touch, checking in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of. A special mention to the caretaker, Mr. Naidu, and his wife, who were extremely helpful and ensured everything was in order throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality added to the overall experience. Given the comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, we would love to stay here again whenever we visit Vishakhapatnam. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in the city.

fantastic stay,really enjoyed,felt homely and safe.few things that the host need to take care of 1.ACs need servicing. 2.toiler jets,AC remotes need to be cleaned. 3.Master bed room's fan has uncalibrated regulator. From the time we checkin to check out , it was a smooth process , the house was clean and kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding is good , no construction sound or any alarming noise. We would definitely recommend the residency to others.

Place is walkable distance from RK beach. Rooms are well maintained and furnished. Amenities like Tv, wifi , Fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle , geyser and enough utensils were present. Clean washrooms and spacious dining includes luxurious sofa set and dinning table. Only gas was not there in cylinder.

Comfortable stay. Kudos to the host for being empathetic.
