Shwetha is a great host . very kind, proactive, very friendly, takes feedbacks seriously and has great interest for continuous improvement. The place was kept clean and tidy, well organized, has good ventilations and very spacious. Additional house keeping services were provided as per request. Location is good, very nearby to station, other shops, beach, restaurants, Hence Swiggy/ Zomato home delivery services were also very prompt. We had a really nice time there during the New Year. I would definitely recommend her place if you are looking for a holiday home in Vizag. Its one of the best Airbnb home in Vizag with all the required amenities.

Vidyasagar's place is the perfect find if you're looking for a peaceful stay close to the sea in Vishakapatnam. The apartment is just beside Novotel and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It is Spotless,clean and very well maintained, and has all the facilities,wifi,kitchen with sufficient cookware. Would highly recommend, just go for it !

We had a fantastic stay! The property was easy to find, and its location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach road. We especially loved our morning jogs, as the beach road is closed to vehicular traffic for a good stretch, making it very runner-friendly. The hosts were welcoming and always helpful with our questions. Their dog, Veeru, may look a bit intimidating at first, but he's incredibly friendly! Just be sure to check with the hosts when entering or leaving the property—Veeru loves to greet guests with an enthusiastic hug. Parking is sparse but enough for compact vehicles. There are a good choice of restaurants and door delivery is always an option. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

This place was as per description and satified my expectations. 1. Very near to RK beach, just 2 mins walk. 2. All local attractions, like submarine meuseum, aircraft meuseum, vishaka meuseum are walkable. Rest can be accessed easily by auto / cab. 3. Very nearby departmental stores for all daily needs. Like more supermarket, etc. 4. Some good food joints and resturants for breakfast / dinner, lunch, nearby . 5. The place is just like own home, 2 big bedrooms with attached balcony. and a massive living room. 6. The sea is not viewable from room or balcony, but just 2 mins walk you can reach there . So do not consider this as a deterrant. Dont think twice, as a tourist, you would love this place and value for money.

Our family vacation in Vizag and Araku was made even more special by our stay at Ashish’s place, which added great value and made our time there memorable and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space is tastefully designed with excellent decor, and what made the experience even better was Ashish’s warm, helpful, and responsive hospitality. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Murthy Sir’s cute farm cabin! Surrounded by lush greenery, it offered a serene retreat away from the hustle of the city. The property has ample parking space and is well-maintained, with an adorable garden near the cabin that adds to its charm. Murthy Sir provided clear directions to the property, and the caretaker, who lives nearby, was always available to assist. The premises are securely locked, ensuring safety throughout the stay. We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment at the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The host was very nice and always quick to help with any question we had. I definitely recommend this apartment and when I come back to Vizag one day will definitely want to stay here again!

Place is walkable distance from RK beach. Rooms are well maintained and furnished. Amenities like Tv, wifi , Fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle , geyser and enough utensils were present. Clean washrooms and spacious dining includes luxurious sofa set and dinning table. Only gas was not there in cylinder.

The property was very spacious for a large group and equipped with all the basic amenities. kitchen has enough utensils to make anything at home.. We had a wonderful stay at Aniket's place from February 24th to 26th, 2025. The house was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully furnished with all the essentials, making our stay extremely comfortable. The air conditioner in the master bedroom worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant night’s sleep. Aniket, the host, was in constant touch, checking in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of. A special mention to the caretaker, Mr. Naidu, and his wife, who were extremely helpful and ensured everything was in order throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality added to the overall experience. Given the comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, we would love to stay here again whenever we visit Vishakhapatnam. I really liked the property as it was near to proximity to many places. Mr. Ramanaih was responsive and providing help wherever needed. Location is really very good as you can find all the hotels and other medical and grocery items nearby. The rooms were good but there are few things getting old and needs to be fixed are: 1. All the beds are making too much sound 2. Mattresses are really very thin and uncomfortable 3. Washrooms need repair as there are no glass windows in ventilation windows. Apart from that everything was great. Thanks for accommodating us. Will like to stay to your property again in next visit.

An amazing place to stay near RK Beach. Located at Nowroji road,RK beach is at a walkable distance(less than half kilometres ). Jagadamba junction is also at a walkable distance (approx 1.5 km). Public transport was easily accessible because of the location. The apartment is located at a peaceful residential area. The apartment was very clean, has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Kitchen had all the utensils and accessories to cook. Although the apartment is on 1st floor, lift access was there. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Srinivas ji was always approachable and responsive. Local eateries are at a far location and I had to use Zomato. Except this everything was excellent

The experience was lovely, just as depicted in the pictures. It is conveniently located close to the station. The caretaker is quite friendlyand funny, he is readily accessible whenever required and very accommodating, taking all your requests into account. Check-in process was smooth enough, all they ask is to send the booking detains and aadhar card photos and sign a check in register. The rooms were adequately ventilated and thoroughly cleaned and maintained. The stay also includes a TV and geysers in each bathroom, overall creating a truly enjoyable place to stay, justifying every single penny spent.

It was a great experience staying in this place. The view was awesome, place was neat and clean, kitchen has all the utensils and amenities, most tourist spots were nearby and in top of everything our host Mala madam made us feel right at home from the very beginning of our stay. She was well reachable, communicative, always helpful, provided lots of suggestions to us regarding food and tourist spots. She even gave us small gifts as well !! If you visit Visakhapatnam, u can stay in this place without single hesitation. This is highly recommended. Once again big thanks to Mala madam.
