Mathias is a very welcoming, responsive host and always ready to help and advise his tenants! The accommodation is clean, functional and spacious, the rooms are very nice and the accommodation has its own outdoor space to give privacy to the occupants. We had a great time. I would highly recommend this for a ski stay or hiking enthusiasts!

Brieuc is very attentive: provision of the necessary needs for a full breakfast, an aperitif, a list of tourist tips, which is useful. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the shores of Lake Geneva as well as the ski resorts. For those who love nature, walk in nature without taking the car. Cities like Evian, Thonon are very close by car. Very pleasant stay, magnificent landscapes between Lake Geneva and the mountain. Don't hesitate.

We had a pleasant weekend with the family (9 people) in this former chalet renovated and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of space, with a spacious living room and a large well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms have a lot of charm, the one on the ground floor has an en-suite shower room. On the 1st floor there are four nice mezzanine bedrooms with two showers and a toilet as well as a small living room. The equipment as well as the cleanliness was up to our expectations and we were welcomed by neighbor Monique. Owner Paula was very responsive to our requests and we were able to benefit from leaving later on Sunday afternoon. That was great, we'll be back!

Lovely spacious apartment with a beautiful view into woodland from the main living area. The accomodation was very clean and Denee along with her team were very helpful and attentive hosts.

We spent 2 wonderful days in this cottage for Christmas. We really enjoyed the extreme cleanliness on arrival, the calm, the beautiful cozy decoration of the living room, the spacious bathroom and with quality materials, the pretty and pleasant bed linen, the magnificent view, the number and modular furniture, the bean coffee machine, the large fridge, the oven and the many oven dishes, as well as the basics. Despite the snow and the - 9 exteriors at night, the radiators did their job well: we were not cold at all! Constance was very responsive to our questions. Be careful in the middle of winter, the pathway is steep and snow tires equipment is essential in case of snowy periods to go up and down. A beautiful place!

A 2-3 minute walk from what I considered is the best Ski lift in Chamonix. Great location! Gaston was super a responsive and very proactive host! 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful place with wonderful view

Very satisfied with my mother / son stay in this studio. I enjoyed the independent and practical side of the accommodation with a beautiful view of the mountains. Welcoming and discreet host

A truly magical place. Splendid spot for sightseeing of Annecy but also Albertville, Courchevel, and Chamonix with Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi cable car with magnificent Month Blanc panoramic. Also not too far away for a day visit Brig, Andermatt and Zermatt for Glacier express. In 30min you can reach La Clusaz skiing station and plenty others with lots of snow and beautiful surroundings. The owner recommended us Les Saisies which we found a spectacular place for skiing. The house is absolutely spotless exactly as described and on photos , very clean with fireplace and hot tube outside where you can relax after an intense skiing day. Very welcoming hosts, responsive and helpful , we felt like at home - thank you so much!! We hope to able able to come back soon.

Tadhg was extremely helpful during our stay, offering valuable information and helpful tips when staying in the area. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities you could need. We had a wonderful stay.

Remarkably located site, with sumptuous mountain views. We had a great week. the indoor pool is obviously a plus, for young and old. a favorite also for the animals of the Faustine farm. very good welcome also from Émilie.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in a charming little chalet. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we felt right at home. The chalet was well-equipped for a peaceful self-catering experience, and having nearby supermarkets was convenient. While it was a bit snug for five adults, we managed just fine. The cleanliness upon arrival was impeccable. 😊

A cosy place for two for skiing (walkable to ski bus!) or exploring the beautiful environment of Chamonix!

It was two days of total relaxation, we took advantage of the weather to take a walk in the snow. The house is near Lake Tanay to which you can reach with a very nice and quite easy walk. The house was warm, comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities. Bendrie was very helpful, responsive, and kind in her communications. I highly recommend Bendrie's house to get away from the routine and immerse yourself in a relaxing landscape.

I stayed at the chalet with my husband, 3 month old baby and my parents for two nights. The place and its surroundings are beautiful and all necessary amenities are provided, very convenient place for families. It was very easy to communicate with Herve and he was very flexible letting us check in an hour early and leave an hour late. The only challenge was that our small rental car could not make it up the hill in a snowstorm, so if staying during winter, make sure to have a 4x4 or snow chains. Otherwise this is an excellent place, we would love to stay here again! Next time we’ll just rent a bigger car 😀 Thank you!

Accommodation as described, very well-equipped and in a modern way. Suitable accommodation with our 2 dogs (hiking trails nearby) . Typical mountain village, with beautiful views and where you can still hear the church bells. First ski resort nearby.

2nd stay and just as good! the cottage is well equipped and comfortable!

a very cozy cottage, well decorated, lots of charm with all the essential amenities a breathtaking quiet view and a perfect location in the large bornand with transport shuttles nearby for skiing and hiking, but also to enjoy the city center Fabienne is a good welcoming person, smiling and accommodating impeccable cleanliness in short, all perfect. 👍 i would definitely be back ❤️ i highly recommend it
