Диана was an absolutely lovely host. From the moment I booked to the moment I checked out, she was available if I ever had questions. She also personally met me at the apartment. The apartment was clean, as pictured, comfortable, and was perfect for my stay. It is an easy walk to many other areas in the city. There are many stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I would love to stay at the property again and highly recommend.

Communication with the host went smoothly, very quick to respond to messages. The place matches the photos on the site. There are many public transport stops within walking distance and you can easily get to the center. The only thing that was a little distracting was the slight smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. Overall, I rate the stay positively and recommend to other guests.

A convenient and cozy place. We were extremely pleasured with clear balcony with a little table. The flat has all the necessary household appliances, and a large shower. Eugenia's place is highly recommended, and we plan stop here again.

Nice apartment. Clean, tidy. Responsive host. We were passing through and really liked the location - 2 minutes from the bypass. Convenient parking in the yard (free, unguarded, well-lit at night). There are two grocery stores nearby. Flexible check-in and check-out.

I rented an apartment for my mom and son for the weekend. The hostess offered me a friend of her apartment because this one was busy but the second apartment was even more beautiful than this even smaller in size but for us it was not a problem. My family is very satisfied with the apartment, I myself saw it in the photo and by video.))) Very nice hosts, met my mother at the train station and drove them to the apartment, it was very nice. The host of the apartment was very friendly. No problem or complaints. Everything in the apartment worked, there was individual heating. This is important because we rented an apartment in early October when there was no central heating in the buildings. The apartment is clean, cozy and modern design. I think I will rent an apartment in this hostess more than once.

I really liked everything, the hosts are nice people. The apartment is great, everything is clean, there is everything you need (even towels in the kitchen and a mat in the shower, which are often not there). Close to central park, tram and near the house managed to take scooters to drive downtown. I really recommend staying in Julia.

I am very grateful to Dima for hosting my parents and our dog. In the apartment I originally booked heating system got broken, so Dima offered another apartment with even better conditions and a working heating system. Everything went very well - I will be happy to stay at the same place the next time. Special thanks for allowing to stay with our huge dog - very few people let people in with pets, so thank you, Dima!

Didn't have any issues with the settlement. We were met and escorted to the apartment. The host was availablein principle. They even brought us a replaced chair to make two the same) the space looks like the photos. Overall satisfied with staying in this apartment
