A wonderful place to stay! The apartment is tidy, with a nice and pleasant renovation. It has 2 private rooms with a bed and a pull out couch. Very clean bath and toilet. There are all amenities in the kitchen, including dishes, and free access to the washing machine with provided by the hosts laundry products. Pleasant views from the window to the courtyard with landscaping, which gives the immense coziness of the place. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, which makes it possible to have a good rest. At the same time, the center is within walking distance of 30 minutes, and the public transport stop is right next to the place, a productive store is in the next yard. Attention is paid to a bunch of recreational areas in a walking area of accessibility — a small pond 7 minutes from the house, a little further — Dybovskogo and Snopkovsky Park, in other directions — Stryisky Park, Lviv Botanical Garden. Wonderful apartment for a stay in the center of Kiev! All the benefits for hiking, working and comfortable work, and quality relaxation - like blackout curtains in the bedroom with glass walls. There is a variability to arrange all the amenities for yourself! From the light and temperature to the humidity of the air. The immaculate view will not leave you indifferent;)

A wonderful apartment with a fantastic view in a highly convenient location. It's within walking distance of the city center, numerous stores, restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores. The apartment was very clean and situated on the 8th floor, offering a great view without being too high to access during city-scheduled power outages.

Convenient location of the apartment is one of the huge advantages) 2 min and already railway station, 3 min metro station. In addition, the place is clean and cozy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here for my next trip

Wonderful stay in a fantastic location near the Opera and old town, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even accommodating a very early check-in, which I greatly appreciated, and extra requests like providing extra bedsheets. Check-in/out was seamless. Highly recommended! Definitely coming back here again 😊

Mila is an excellent host who is both helpful and courteous. The apartment is situated in a beautiful, quiet area in the heart of Podil. I always felt comfortable and safe there. I definitely recommend this place.

We did not actually stay at Dymitro's property. I have rented it as a means of sending some money to everyday Ukranians during this time of the Russian assault. Could you manage to do that also?

Stayed for 8 nights with my girlfriend. Excellent location. Right in the centre. Short walk to the Metro. Viktor was always very responsive when responding to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good value. The apartment is located directly in the very center of the city of Lion. Very big, spacious and cozy. There is everything you need. The host is always available if you needed information.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. The apartment itself is very clean, warm, and spacious. The host was exceptionally helpful and eager to assist. He provided us with numerous tips and recommendations and even allowed us to park our car in his spot within a secure area. Very good place, everything is near. Additionally, the apartment has autonomous electricity which is extremely relevant these days. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Svitlana was a great host. Everything went as planned. She was always in contact to see how I was doing and if there was anything that I needed. When I come back in the summer hopefully when the war is over, I will look for this same property again. It was centralized within walking distance of everything in the city. Close to the river as well. A+++++
