The house is amazing. There is a beautiful view of the bay, a private pool, an eating area where you can see the bay, and 5 bedrooms each with their own bath. Additionally, the host is extremely attentive. He sent food recommendations, offered to order us taxis, and was available constantly to answer our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place

Jay is an incredibly kind and friendly host. Communication was always prompt, and he generously shared local food and travel recommendations with us. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, tidy, and absolutely beautiful. Jay went above and beyond to set up the most perfect birthday party for us. Our group of 13 was extremely satisfied and felt truly cared for. 🧡 I highly recommend staying here! The area is developing, with many vacation villas around, but Jay’s house stands out with its festive decorations and thoughtful amenities. There are plenty of entertainment facilities to enjoy, and Jay can help arrange hot pot or BBQ dinners. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a heartwarming stay. The Airbnb is as good as it looks, we had such an amazing time over 4 nights. There are several social areas both on the top floor in the kitchen and lounges with comfortable sofas. Our group are still talking about how good the showers are. The beds were really comfortable too. We spent my birthday in the Airbnb and when Dao on reception found this out, she organised a cake and delivered it to us. Dao was incredibly helpful during the stay, she helped us to book transfers to and from Hanoi along with a day trip boat tour around Ha Long Bay. We had an amazing time and Dao very much helped this. We 100% recommend staying here.

Thanh Thao was an amazing host. By far the best Airbnb property I have stayed in. She was very co-operative and supportive and always available for any assistance or guidance. The property we booked and stayed in was different due to some fire alarm clearance issue. But the host made sure we were informed well in advance and was ready to share more options if needed. Having said that it was a steal to get a host and a property which was so good that it made us feel at home. The house is 4 storied and we have private elevator inside the house. Thanks Thanh Thao for making our stay comfortable and making sure we had a great Xmas break and celebrations. Again appreciate all the support extended and this by far is one of the best Airbnb property I have stayed in. Wishing you a very Happy New Year and hope to visit Halong Bay and would surely book this property.

Lavender is an incredible host -- very responsive and was able to arrange all sorts of services for us, including taxis, private chef, grocery delivery, etc. She also set up amazing Ha Long Bay cruise and Hanoi Jeep Tours, for great prices. The house actually matches the photos. The air conditioning works well and the pool is incredible. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. TV and Sound System all worked great for karaoke as well!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Everything was so pretty, clean and pleasant! The host was amazing—super responsive and helpful with transfers and activities. The only downside was that the area felt deserted, with no restaurants or shops open, probably due to the typhoon that impacted the region. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Well, if you and your extended group of friends or family want to feel like movie stars this is the place for you !! What an epic house, it is the size of your very own hotel !! with a pool, lift, a roof top terrace an amazing coffee shop 30 seconds away you will feel right at home. We had a fantastic time and the location is great just a short walk down the hill into the restaurant area we were never short of things to do !! For the couple of questions we had our hosts were top notch, super fast to reply and totally went out of their way to help us out and gave us some great advice and recommendations. 100% would stay again and very disappointed we had to leave.
