Beachfront vacation rentals in Villasimius

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

We had a really nice short break in Andrea's place, it is close to the beach with just walking distance. Additionally the garden is really nice and kid love it a lot

The day we were to arrive Mario reached out and said that we could check in early, which we did after picking up our rental car. He showed us all around the house how to operate things, and where items were that we may need. He talked about local restaurants and places to see, and he had also sent us a slew of information before we even arrived to review. He was very warm and welcoming, had a bottle of wine and snacks available for us for that first day. His house was immaculate, and it was in a great location with beautiful surroundings. During the seven days we were there we didn’t have any problems, he reached out three or four times just to see if we needed anything, and we were very appreciative for him. He made it super easy to check in and very easy to check out, we were grateful for the hospitality that he provided to us, it was like visiting family!

Insanely great location, right on the beautiful sandy beach. There were three of us there and everyone had their own room. The balcony is certainly the highlight of this place.

We were very warmly welcomed by Barbara, she is very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt very comfortable. You can tell that Barbara has furnished and maintains “Casa Alma” with a lot of heart. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Nice, clean and safe!

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

The villa was a dream. Anna of Sardinia-Hosting was a very kind and accommodating host. She immediately accommodated each of our wishes and if something was missing, it was really brought immediately. The rooms are well designed and there was nothing missing in the villa in the garden. Bringing our dogs was also not an issue. From the villa you can walk to a sensational beach where we enjoyed long walks both in the morning and in the evening. The facility overall is well cared for and we felt safe. In the season, shopping is easily accessible, out of season it is recommended to have a car with you. We were able to enjoy our vacation very much and would recommend this villa.

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

What to say? This was our last stay of a long trip around the Island. We entered the villa and the first thing that came in our mind was "Wow!". The host is fantastic and very helpful. She is proactively asking if you are fine and making you feel comfortable immediately. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Completely modern and beautiful. The villa is beautiful with pool and hydromassage. The location is basically between 2-3 beaches that you can reach by walking. It's the first stay we had with no need of a car to move around. There is literally nothing I could complain about. And for sure I'm taking this contact for future stays!

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. Their villa was so beautiful. The views, the access to the sea and sunsets were breathtaking beautiful. A peaceful piece of paradise.. It is a wonderful place to stay with family and friends. It was very hard to leave today.

We had a great holiday in Antonio's house - the location is really a dream, the house very cozy, it has everything you need. There is really nothing missing! Antonio's parents welcomed us in a totally friendly way and had even bought us. Although the weather was mixed in early October, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Scheduled vacation to meet the son who resides in the United States but owns a home in the area. Niceapartment, well organized, cool enough even on the hottest days (up to 36°C), so much so that we only turned on the air conditioners one-two times to cool it off before going to sleep. Very practical and well-stocked kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, well-organized bathroom, possibility of showering both cold and hot even in the small outdoor garden. Quiet location, private parking, nice beach in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. Host available and friendly. We didn't need to contact you during your stay, and she kindly came to greet us on departure.

This place is a little slice of paradise. Waking up and looking out the upstairs balcony and eating breakfast in the sunshine every morning was lovely. We traveled a little bit before everything nearby was open in terms of restaurants, but Cagliari is only a 45 minute drive from the house and there are other nearby villages to shop at. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen. There is plenty of cookware. The home is a short walk to a small beach which we went to everyday.
