We loved staying at Peta’s place! Her home was absolutely lovely and in pristine condition! Everything was just as described! We especially loved having a clean, open space for our babies to play in! Would highly recommend this place to others and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Charming townhome minutes from Midtown ATL

This was a great place to stay less than 10 minutes from downtown Roswell. Having Island Ford Park across the street from the neighborhood was a big plus for us to get a wooded walk to the Chattahoochee. The layout of the house lends itself to traveling as two couples, each with their own attached bathroom and still having a spare 1/2 bath. We found the space relaxing. It was very clean and still maintained a lived-in feel. The back patio was a nice shaded place to sit later in the day. Ally was very responsive and flexible. The rental was very easy to find and access. As we have some family in the area, we would definitely consider this rental in the future.

Would highly recommend this spot to anyone who's looking to find a place in Atlanta! the house was well stocked and just what we needed. Our host Amy even went out of their way to provide a pack n play and high chair to make our stay even better. Everything felt like 10-20 min drive depending on where we wanted to go.

Our stay went exceptionally smooth. a couple of easy fix things like a loose toilet paper holder, but otherwise a perfect house that was clean and located conveniently near some restraunts and where i was working for the week. When i come back to dallas, this is where ill stay.

We really found a perfect stay in Mrs. Luxe's apartment. First of all, it has a perfect location. It is close to everywhere in the city. There are Target shopping malls and many options for food nearby. The apartment we stayed in is extremely clean and the facilities offered are excellent. There is a secure indoor parking space for your car. My wife and I were very happy to stay in such a perfect apartment. We were not disturbed in any way, we were very impressed by the extremely polite and helpful behavior of the landlady Mrs. Luxe. I recommend everyone to stay in such a cute, beautiful and five-star apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Sandy Springs. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from great restaurants and close to everything you might need. The space itself is very comfortable, well-equipped, and feels like a home away from home. Communication with Brianna was excellent throughout my stay, making everything smooth and easy. I’m already looking forward to coming back many times in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The place was under renovation at the time but Marsha made sure everything was comfortable for us. We did have to check in early and she was very understanding with the time change. Overall would recommend this place! Easy check in, reasonable price and within walking distance to the center!!

I wish I could award Anna and her husband 10 out of 5 stars! They were exemplary hosts from start to finish, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and very thoughtfully stocked with all of the essentials (and then some) for a week long stay. Anna herself was always easily accessible and highly responsive whenever my wife and I had questions for her related to use of the space. I’d never been to ATL before, but I was thrilled that the Charmer was located in a walkable neighborhood with quite a bit of options for shopping, eating, and leisure. Whenever we make a return trip to the city, the Charmer will definitely be on our list of preferred accommodations.

Host Eliane and Co Hostr. Thurmon are very kind and attentive. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, and to make sure that we were comforted, we extended our stay and will do It again.. We highly recommend this beautiful place and these wonderful people.

Bisola was a wonderful host! She was very accommodating. The place was as described, it had very easy check in, it was clean, we felt safe, the amenities suited us well for mine and my partners quick stay. It looks newly renovated especially in the bathroom. There only thing we didn’t like was how thin the walls were. I say this because I could hear the upstairs residents footsteps and muffled voices which was not my favorite. However, they were not obnoxious or loud it was genuinely just the thin walls. This made my partners and I nervous to speak even at normal volume for fear of being too loud. Most of the day and night it is very quiet though. We would stay again for a fun quick trip to the Atlanta area.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michael and Lindsey's home. Michael was an extremely responsive host and immediately responded to all of my concerns or requests. The home was perfect for my wife and (2) young boys, in addition to my older parents. We were able to host a family gathering, and there is a nice open floor plan that makes you really feel at home. The neighbors are nice and waved to my parents during morning walks, and the street is very peaceful. Great views of nature from the dining room, my boys were excited to see squirrels and deer! The one thing I would say is that the house is very thoughtfully done. There are small things that make a big difference. Plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee and tea station, baby pack n play. Michael, the host, provided organic sheets with a good quality pack n play that put my wife and I at ease. Overall great value for what you pay and I would strongly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Atlanta area!
