We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Modern apartment in a beautiful building. Very clean, cozy, with a fabulous shower in terms of pressure and space. Beautiful spacious room, terrace equipped with laundry. Last but definitely not least, there is a reserved parking space inside the courtyard. Bruno proved to be an excellent, available and responsive host. This accommodation deserves a longer stay because it's really nice.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. The apartment has large spaces, modern and clean, with everything you need and its strong point is the extreme proximity to the beach. Great experience, we will definitely be back! We enjoyed the accommodation with the 2 apartments very much. The hosts are very friendly and responded immediately to questions. We also appreciated their discretion and always felt free. Accommodation is as pictured, great view and beautiful garden for playing our kids 4&6 years. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything😀

The stay with Marco was very pleasant. Due to a train trip, we had problems with car rental, but he helped us without much demand and even offered to drive. He was always eager and gave us valuable tips from beaches and restaurants. What we would recommend if you choose Marco's place to rent a car, because it is difficult to reach on foot. The train station, as well as the sea are 10min from the property. Other great beaches are in 30-45min drive, which Marco recommended to us and was also highly recommended. We would come back anytime and have and felt very comfortable. Thank you again Marco for your effort and nice manner as well as helpfulness.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

We stayed a week at Casa Oliveto and had a great time. The house is peacefully located in an olive grove with view on the mountains. The personal welcoming and attention of Silvia and Rosa made our stay complete and special. They are very good hosts, always ready to help and provided wonderful recommendations. The house is big, clean and gives you all luxury to enjoy and rest. Thanks again, Silvia and Rosa!

Leonardo was just a perfect host. In addition to meeting us with an early check-in, he immediately delighted us with some local gems to be able to live it at its best and the small cadeau who brightened our stay. Having bikes available for travel was exceptional, the house was impeccable, the indication of an affiliated bathroom where relaxing was very helpful and classy (in addition to providing us with a discount on lunches and dinners). Highly recommended to anyone, if we come back here we will not hesitate to choose Leonardo for a moment. Thanks again

My friend and I only had a short 3 night stay at Cellino Attanasio but it felt like so much longer! Time slows down when you arrive allowing you to really switch off and relax. The rooms were absolutely pristine in every way and recently renovated to a very high spec. Pierpaolo was lovely and so accommodating, he recommended places to eat and towns to visit. He was always on hand whenever we needed to ask him anything. Overall we couldn’t recommend Cellino Attanasio enough, we can’t fault it at all!

Extremely cozy house with every amenity. Equipped with everything. Sabrina and her family are exquisite people, always available, welcoming and ready to solve any kind of problem that may arise. The sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but the house is a few minutes from the village of Ripatransone, a gem. Thank you for everything

Apartment on two levels recently renovated. 2 beautiful and quite comfortable bathrooms, the showers are not huge but comfortable, excellent water temperature management. Very clean. Comfortable. Parking at the door. There's no TV in the room. I'll definitely be back

Apartment with two large terraces ideal for outdoor dining or sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach… Very nice children's bedroom, with ample space to store items and clothes… Kitchen equipped with any utensils. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, ideal for strollers, in a very quiet residential area and close to the sea.

I had an extraordinary amazing experience. Ilaria and Egidio are awesome! Super friendly, kindly, peaceful people. You can count on them with anything you may need. The house is super well organised and clean. It’s a very great, lovely atmosphere with a beautiful view plus you can also see the ocean from there. They recommended you places to go and give you some ideas in what you can do during the day/night. Anywhere in the nature you will find mosquitos + there you can also find citronella plant and will keep it away {it really works}. They also speak Portuguese and that made it even more special. I could live there… It’s a place to reconnect with yourself! I will definitely gonna come back!! xxx

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.
