The house is beautiful, huge, stylish and beautiful gardens. Paola was super friendly, attentive and flexible with schedules. We felt right at home, but more spoiled. The breakfast they offer with extra charge is also excellent, on the Terrace overlooking the pool and the gardens, divine. Juanita's green sauce was championship. We want to wash the entire house to get back with friends. Thank you for all your attention Paola.

Highly recommended, they are helpful at all times and try to resolve the situations that arise, in my case they were flexible with the check-out and solved a problem with the boiler. Things to note, if you want to cook it has EVERYTHING to do so, the table is for 12 people so you can spend time together very well, and the barbecue is perfect. I had a very nice experience in Famialia, in a very safe area. P.S. It is 10 minutes from downtown San Miguel, 3 minutes from an Oxxo and 5 minutes from a Soriana.

Casa las Dos Vidas was the perfect place for my visit. With a well equipped and spotless kitchen, it was easy to stock up on food with a trip to City Market, La Comer and it's an easy walk to Gil's Market in Guadeloupe and the two larger SMA Markets - San Juan de Dios, just a few blocks away and the Ignacio Ramirez market, which connects to the not-to-be-missed Artisan's Market. It was equally easy to eat out at great prices with so many quality and well priced restaurants within 15 - minutes' walk. I'm already missing Inside Cafe's grilled cheese sandwiches on Insurgentes and Chiles in Nogada at El Pegaso. Bellas Artes, the Biblioteca, Cine Bacco, Pro Musica and Teatro Santa Ana and Teatro Angela Peralta offered great places for enjoying live performances and evenings out. As a woman traveling alone, I used taxis for nighttime events and felt safe and secure in my casa. The nights were quiet aside from the nightime birds and celebrations on special days. I want to return!

Very grateful to the customer service team, who were very friendly when we checked in... everything was very quick and the same when we checked out. Super organized, excellent 24-hour surveillance and security... I will definitely return to the same place... and I will highly recommend it... Thank you for your hospitality

Hello! Excellent in several aspects quite wide, so much room dining room kitchen very clean from the entrance parking garden corridors location highly recommended.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The arrival was totally autonomous, which makes it much easier to access after checking in, especially if you have complicated schedules. The king size bed is very comfortable and the space overall feels spacious and well lit. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare something simple, ideal for short stays. The bathroom is quite generous in size and everything was immaculately clean, which is always appreciated. One of the great advantages of this place is its location: if you need to exit or quickly enter Queretaro heading to Mexico City, this space is perfect to avoid the traffic of the city center. Of course, one point to consider is that it is right next to a busy area. If you are light sleep, I recommend bringing earplugs or considering that detail before booking. Overall a great practical, clean and well located option.

My family loved our time at this beautiful property. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and I appreciated their help arranging (and rearranging when we missed our flight) our airport transportation. We felt completely comfortable and safe here with our two young daughters. This is a perfect spot to stay and enjoy walking around San Miguel.

it is a comfortable place and too spacious, more than what you see in the photos and if you go with more people or families, the two full bathrooms you have, it's another guarantee of tranquility!!!. Another thing, is that it is quite close to downtown and easy you can walk to the alameda!!

Benito and Mariana were great hosts. They were very responsive to our questions and needs. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. There were extra towels in the bathroom. The place was as shown in the pictures (except for the cat ladder). We think the bed is a double (cama de matrimonio), not a queen size as described in the listing. The location was excellent. It was 5-minute walk to the Warren Hardy Spanish school. We loved spending time up on the roof top patio. Highly recommend staying there!

The location was absolutely perfect, walkable and safe area, close enough to the main attractions but far enough from the noise. The condo itself is exactly what our family of four needed, space and privacy.

Nice rental in the heart of SMA. Looks just like the photos, comfortable bed with good linins, full size washer/dryer and fridge. Kitchen looked well stocked although we never cooked in, SMA has too many good restaurants! Unit is up 2 flights of stairs. Other units also being Airbnb rented in the building. Calm area at night, totally safe for walking, very comfortable, and excellent communication for the host. Wifi worked great, a perfect rental!

An amazing place, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral. The apartment is very nice and has all the amenities, super quiet and ample parking. Difficult to access the first time if you go by car since you must first pick up the remote control and then you can access the garage. Apart from that detail, everything is amazing.
